Famous In Real Life

I've bought a lot of shirts, tanks and hoodies from them. They always arrive just as pictured, and the quality and comfort levels are always perfect. I have highly recommended this site to several friends

Placed an order on 7/18. The date is now 9/29 and I still have yet to receive my order. Customer service is no longer answering my emails. Order was taken on 7/18 and the money was taken out of my PayPal account that same day. I ordered 3 shirts (Order# XXXXX). Understood that production would be longer than normal due to COVID, they sent in the order email that production time could take 3-10 days. Emailed the copy on 7/28 to inquire when the items would be shipping as we were approaching the end of their production timeline stated in my original email. I was told it would be a few more days and refunded my original shipping costs for the inconvenience. Followed up again on 8/20 to inquire on where my orders was. I was told that the order was accidentally deleted and reordered and would ship ASAP but that it could take up to 3 weeks due to production time being increased due to COVID. Well it is now 9/28 and I have yet to receive my order or any other acknowledgement that my order is in process or the current status. Since my original order was 'lost' they have not given me a new order number to check on their website to see the status. I then followed up again on 9/24 to which it states you will have an answer back in 12-48 hours. It is now almost 72 business hours since that inquiry and over 100 hours of straight time since my request was submitted. I also reached out to them via their comment section on facebook and in facebook messenger. I would still like my order shipped, but I ultimately would like them to work on their customer service skills, order update statuses and perhaps have a phone number to contact their customer service.

I love the shirt designs, the quality of the product, and the order process is easy. There was an issue with my order and customer service corrected it immediately. I will certainly order from here again.

Great T-Shirt and Customer Service was great when I did not received my shirt when the USPS said it was delivered. They answered me back about my concern and luckily the USPS was just late with my T-Shirt.

My guy has loved and received many compliments on every shirt I've purchased him from Famous In Real Life. He's been told he has "the greatest t-shirt game".
These make great gifts. I keep coming back for more.

Love the creativity of these shirts! I've ordered a few different shirt styles and have been very pleased with quality and comfort, my favorite are the off the shoulder sweatshirts. Order came in a very timely manner.

I was drawn to Famous In Real Life due to their wide selection of t-shirts. So much so that I ordered 9 of them. When they arrived I was further impressed by the quality of the fabric and designs. I would definitely recommend to my fellow t-shirt collectors.

I love these T-shirts! Bella +Canvas Ts are so soft and comfy and it makes all the difference-as much as I love the designs -hilarious- I wouldn't buy if the T was poor quality.
I had a delay in shipping last year, made a comment on insta and was replied to in a respectful way and my t arrived and I loved it. Plan on ordering more!

Purchased a shirt from them and the quality of the material was absolutely terrible. Very cheap thin material that didn't last one wash cycle. They are aware of the issue and made zero attempt to resolve the issue outside of telling me that their shirts simply aren't for me. They are charging $30 for these very poor shirts and just wanted it known with the ComplaintsBoard.com.

Amazing shirts and great customer service! I have bought so many of these shirts because they are clever and then when you get them they are such great quality! I highly recommend them. The only time something didn't come quickly was during the pandemic and everything was shut down and after not receiving my order in time they refunded my shipping fees to try to make it right. I will continue buying from this company!

I have placed a couple orders with these guys already and have to say that I love their shirts. Not only are the designs great. But the quality of the shirts and the fit are some of the best I have come across. Prices are very fair and the shipping is quick also. I will continue to order from Famous In Real Life to continue adding to my collection in order to keep my T-Shirt Tuesday postings on my Instagram over at @thescopacabana. The shirts are Hilarious and cool, but what's even more is that they are fantastic quality. I bought my best friend her shirt for Christmas last year and she wore it all year round because it's so soft and comfy. She also washed it hundreds of times and it's still in great condition. Naturally I bought her another shirt from Famous in Real Life this year as well as one for my dad and my brother. They will really enjoy the funny messages on the shirts, but they will love the softness and high quality.

Famous in Real Life delivers all of the above. This t-shirts are fun, the product quality is high, the prices are good, and the service is great. Even when there was a mistake and a shirt was missed on my order, the error was fixed immediately and the shirt arrived right away.

Appreciated Allegiant Goods customer service... I've emailed customer service a few times about my orders and they always got back to me in a very timely manner. Shipping was the issue I was inquiring about but each issue I had was resolved. Love the quality of the Tshirts offered by Allegiant Goods. Very soft, nice fitting Ts. Fun and different prints to choose from. Will continue to order from this site. Only wish I have from them is getting the item quicker. Seems to take longer than normal to receive the item.

Very discouraged by lack of customer service

This company has the worst customer service I have ever been subjected too. They take forever to get back to you, will not call you or talk to you by phone. No one at customer service will give you their name so there is no accountability.

I told customer service that I needed to exchange/return my order via UPS. They gave me a street address to do just that. After 1 1/2 weeks I tracked the package only to find out it was being returned to me.

I then contacted customer service again and received no reply. I then contacted them via FB and did receive a reply. The agent on FB would not give me their name, the name of the owner or manager or any other help other than I would have to contact customer service via e-mail. They will not allow you to call them.
I would not do business with this company again. I found that they left a very foul taste in my mouth.
