So I bought a couple of those "self winding" watches from BuyinAccount last April, right? But what I got was two quartz watches that looked nothing like what I ordered. I've sent them tons of emails, pictures, and even videos trying to show them the mix-up. But they just keep saying that they think a quartz watch is the same as a "self winding" one. I mean, come on! And if I wanted to send these watches back, it's gonna cost me more than 70 bucks. That's just nuts. So I ended up calling my credit card company to see if they could help me out with the $100 I paid. It's been a real hassle, you know?

So I got this watch from BuyinAccount, cost me around 40 bucks. It seemed alright at first glance, but then I realized the knob for setting the time was busted. I shot a quick video to show them what was up and sent it over with a bunch of emails. Eventually, they get back to me saying I gotta send it back on my dime, and it had to be recorded delivery too. Looked it up and that was gonna set me back like 50 quid, which is just nuts.

I let them know that it's gonna cost more to return it than what I paid for the watch itself. After that, it's like they vanished into thin air. Haven't heard a peep since. Guess it's one of those situations where you learn something the hard way.

I reached out to their customer service and they requested a video to demonstrate the problem. I sent them the video but then I heard nothing back.

I contacted them again to follow up, and they asked for the video once more. I reminded them that I had already sent it, but still, I got no further response.

After a third attempt to get some help, they again said they needed a video. I provided the video for the third time and yet, there was still no reply.

This site and their customer service are just not up to par. It's been a frustrating experience and I wouldn't recommend dealing with them.

I'm a watch reseller based out of NY and I gotta say, BuyinAccount has been a solid partner for me. They're pretty quick to get back to my messages, which I appreciate. When it comes to the watches, as long as you're looking at the ones priced over 50 bucks on their site, the quality is decent. I've run into a few duds along the way, but all it took was a photo of the defective item and they shipped out a replacement right away, no hassle. I'd say give them a shot if you're in the market for watches. They've been reliable for me. Hope this bit of info helps out.

I bought some watches from BuyinAccount and they were supposed to be delivered in about 3 weeks since they were marked as available. It took around 7 weeks for one of them to show up and I'm still waiting on the other one, it's been over 3 months now. What's more frustrating is their customer service, or lack thereof, because they hardly ever respond to my messages. And when they do get back to me, it's just the same old spiel, apologizing and asking me to wait longer and so on. I'd strongly suggest staying away from this company!

I recently checked out BuyinAccount and signed up for their VIP section. It gave me a good look at all the stuff they got. I decided to order a watch from them. They got back to me super quick and I paid using PayPal. I asked their customer service to make sure my order came with insurance and a way to track it, and they sorted it out no problem.

You might have to wait around 3 weeks for your order to arrive, but they offer a full refund if there's any issues, just like Amazon does. Whenever I hit up their support team, they got back to me fast, didn't matter what time it was over in China.

I felt like they earned a shoutout with this review because it's nice to know you can trust buying from someone that's all the way across the globe.

So I've never had a fake watch before and decided to take a chance on a Rolex Oyster Perpetual from BuyinAccount. Honestly, I wasn't expecting much at all and was kinda bracing myself for a total flop.

They had it listed at a "regular price" of $197.56 but were offering it for a "special price" of $59.99. Plus, I snagged an extra 20% off, which brought it down to $47.99, and that included registered air mail with tracking. They were supposed to give new customers a $5.00 coupon, but it didn't work when I tried to use it, maybe because of the 20% discount I already had.

Took them 10 days to ship it out, and then it took another 8 days to get to me here in northern Europe.

When I got the watch, I was actually pretty impressed. It looked great and it worked just fine! I mean, I'm sure real Rolex owners might turn their noses up at it, but for the price, I felt like I got a decent deal. The only downside is the bracelet—it's definitely not the best quality.

I noticed that BuyinAccount might be connected to PriceAngels, which I've seen some not-so-great reviews about here. Looks like PriceAngels might be out of the picture now, though.

I ran into pretty much the same issue as Paul S did with my watch, and the response from aFundeal was almost a carbon copy. They told me to ship it back with tracking and they'd swap it out for me. But here's the kicker, the cost to send it back was 20 quid more than what I paid for the watch to begin with. Just goes to show, you gotta be careful with these too-good-to-be-true deals, especially when they're coming from overseas.
