I suppose to receive my parcel yesterday (11/1/2017).in the end, I didn't receive it. So I called to my supplier and get the consignment note number and check the tracking status. The parcel sent to ipoh again!!
This is second time my parcel sent to ipoh again!!
If this is not for business purpose I don't mind to wait but this item is for business usage.
For the first time, I called to general line and asked for help. I did ask your customer service to call me back after she called to ipoh branch. Who knows. I waited from saturday to monday and no one called me back!!
Who I should seek for help??!!
I tought gdex is more trustable than others courier company but is not!
This time, this issue happened again!! Do you know that this will affect my business and my trust to my customer??!!
I suppose have to deliver the item to my customer yesterday. However the item still in your ipoh branch and waiting for transit.

Please explain why this happened and I want to receive my item by today!!
