FWM Laboratories review: unauthorized charges and fraud 647

I have tried and tried to speak with someone who has the authority to fix my problem to no avail. I ordered your "free trial" before Christmas. Because of the commotion of the holidays I did not even open the package until after the 1st of the year. I tried the AciBerry for 1 week and didn't feel that it had any difference and I never even opened the colon cleanse, so I called to cancel my account. In the mean time my credit card was charged the full amount for both products. I then contacted my credit card company to have the charges disputed and when I checked the status of that I found that I had been charged a 2nd time for two products. I did receive another shipment, however I wrote on the package return to sender and put it back in the mail unopened.

I have tried several times to speak to a supervisor, today I was on hold for 3 hours with no exaggeration and then the system disconnected me. I have filed a complaint with The Better Business Bureau and my next step will be to have my attorney send a letter, if I get no response or resolution to this matter.

Your company appears to have scandalous and unscrupulous business practices. I am very dissatisfied and I am going to let everyone know to stay clear of your company.

I ordered from the internet Acai Berry Detox for $.99 and canceled any more of the product in the 15 days period. I noticed about 2 months later, after received 2 more shipment of the product, a charge of $82.31 taken from my account. I called the company and was told I never cancelled the order. I gave them a confirmation number given to me by the company. They refused to confirm I had in deed cancel this order.

I was billed for the full amount before i could return it because of their lack of sending me a confirmation e mail, so i thought my order never took, so i didnt write any date of actual shipment on my calender to be able to return unused portion if i didnt like it.they dont have it written that even if it took seven days to get to you it counts as the trial period.

They have taken my money out of my credit card without authorization and now I have no way of contacting them to get my money back Help someone

I ordered a trial of Acai Berry for $3.95. I received that fine but the company called me 3-4 times a day asking if I wanted to try a Skyberry Cleanse for free. If I like it I could keep it and pay $40 a month. I kept repeating no, I didn't want it, didn't want to make a call to cancel etc. I finally took it. Never received the stuff and on my bank statement was a charge for $40.27. Do NOT fall for this!

Charges made to my credit card without my consent. I don't know if they are connected to another rip off company, I never ordered anything from them. all pkgs. that have been sent to me, I have refused.

Received products which I did not order. Call customer service and they refused to refund any charges. Just another looser company scamming people via the internet with stolen credit cards.

I ordered a free sample bottle of Acai Berry Detox supplements and only had to pay shipping of $7.05 and did not have to make any future payments. I did not place any more orders and in Sept, 2009, I was charged twice unauthorized payments of $140 both times.
I request a full refund and do not wish to be charged anymore fees for products I did not receive nor do i wish to receive in the future.

FWM laboratories take usd 237.12 from my credidcard and did not sent any goods for that. I ask FWM laboratories to sent those goods or re-imbursement the money.

I canceled order and my credit was charged for sample and full bottles which I never received. I canceled the order with an AZ phone # which if you call doesn't work. [protected]. The only way they will refund money is if you send product back - I never received the product this is fraud. These people need to be stopped. My checking account is overdrawn because of this.

After signing up for a $0.99 trial subscription of Acai Berry, I found my account to be charged 87.13 in which I did not authorize. I have tried repeated to call this company, and there is never a response.

I signed up for a free trial of what I thought was a legitimate resveratrol dietary supplement, but I received a anti-wrinkle cream. I was charged $87.13 on my account because I had no information to call and cancel my order, I did not even realize the cream was from the same company. I am returning the cream for what I hope is a full refund.

Bought through the internet from FWM Laboratories the Acay Berry Detox fat burner and the company continues to bill my daughter's credit card as she is the one who ordered them for me at my request.

How can I stop this non sense...the just billed her anoter $140 canadian dollars on her credit card. I need to have this cancelled. ASAP

Also, the phone number listed for their company is not a good number.

ordered the free AciBerry charged for one then made an unauthorized charge for another product I didnt order the Clense Xberry. This is FRAUD when will someone step in and stop them.
The lady had a foreighn accent but gave a very American name.
She said the # I called listed after the product was not there #. Well then why did I call it and why are you speaking to me at this #. They dont support that product .

I have called 3 times to get them to refund my money and they tell me they will work on it and to wait 2-3 days. I called back the 2nd time and they said they will submit a ticket to the refund dept. I call back 3 days later and the phone would not work. I blocked my # and it worked. when I got through to a support person they trans. me to a manager and they hung up on me. after waiting for 10 min on the phone!

I ordered the ACIA sample pills and was charged $89.13 when the sample was less than $5. I can not even take the pills now because I was put on medication after order. I tried calling FWM Lab to ship back the product but the # on my ccard bill [protected] would not go through to a live person. I am out of work and need my money back.

Ordered a sample bottle of Acai Berry Detox and paid a shipping fee under $5. Within 15 days, they charged my credit card with $87 for the product. No notification about my wanting to order a bottle or if I liked the product. What a scam! Please do not order this product on-line, it is a rip-off.

Two charges had been made to my checking account via my debit card. One was for $1.95 and the other for $2.00. I had not ordered anything from this company. How are they able to do this. Advertised free products results in subsequesnt charges to credit card. Two seperate charges of totaling $87.13 each have been charged. I was not informed that these charges would be made and do not want any additional product. This is false advertising and must be stopped.

I was sent an item that I did not order and my Credit Card was charged $87. I mailed the item back and they said they canceled my bogus account and credited my Credit Card, but instead, my account has been charged again for $88.

I, too, was scammed by this company. Is anyone filing a class action lawsuit against them? It seems that there are a number of people that have been affected by their misleading advertising and unauthorized charges. We ought to get together and file a suit against them.

i cancelled on dec. 16, 2008. i was charged $87.13 on dec. 22, 2208. i have been trying to get a refund since then. they said they didn't take the money out of my account. i sent copies of bank statement showing they did. they still deny it. i have spoken to alma, vera and now john, with no results. what more can i do.

I tried their free sample. Then I called and told them that I did not want any more of their product shipped to me. They said ok and gave me a cancelation number. The next day they shipped more product to me and charged it to my credit card. Now they will not take back the order, they basicly said I am stuck with it and they are going to keep my money, $174.26.

this company will not stop sending me bottles of their product, even though i cancelled my order the day i made it. in one month i have gotten 9 bottles. they need to be investigated

There are two charges on my credit card which I did not authorize or receive product for. These charges total $175.26. The credit card company says it cannot do anything because these were recurring charges - going from month to month. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THE USE OF MY CREDIT CARD NOR DID I EVER GET ANY PRODUCTS FROM THEM. When I tried to phone, the mailbox is full on one phone and the other has been disconnected.

I agreed to a "free" trial bottle and paid for the shipping. Then on my next credit card statement Ihave a $87.13 charge and received another bottle without my authorization. I will return both unopened bottles and want the $87.13 removed from my card.

they send a free sample and then keep billing for product they ship you, impossible to contact to stop

I canceled my order and I am still being charged. Since cancelling I have had $120 of unauthorized charges posted to my credit card.

I have been trying to reach this company since I received the trial sample, and can't get anyone to answer, in fact, they say their mail box is full and cannot accept any new messages. Then I found this website and have continually called all these numbers to no avail, they are either not in service or cannot accept anymore messages. Any sugguestions? Sounds like I will have to cancel this cc in order to get this resolved.

i have called my CC company to dispute charges to this company. There is nobody at website or is there a working phone number. hopefully my cc co. can dispute charges and get them for fraud

This company has made over 6 unauthorized charges to my charge card account and has used different descriptions and contact phone numbers each time it has charged my accounts. In less than a month I have charges on my account in the amount of $295 when the amount to be charged was 3.95 for shipping and handling of a product I was supposed to be getting for free. Please help in reporting this scam as fraud.

I received two bottles of the Acai Berry & was charged $87.13 to my charge card when I was only supposed to receive 1 bottle (30 day supply) for the cost of shipping ($3.95)! I have printed out their return policy & it states that I am to contact their billing dept. to receive a "RMA #" but the phone # [protected]) they have posted does not connect through! Therefore I am unable to send it back! Please help!
