We placed an order from England for a 50ml Dolce Vita. Paid through Pay Pal, they say we have paid, the bank says we have paid but Frangrancenet.com say we haven't !!! Pay Pal say they have the funds as far as they are concerned Fragrancenet.co need to act. But they simply say they don't have the money from us, yet they HAVE. On to a losing battle, so lost £45.00. Please dont order from them, you might as well throw your money away. They take your cash then plead ignorance. Steer well clear.
