[Resolved] Forzieri / Haven't got a refund
Forzieri stole $248 from me. I ordered a bag for that price. I got the item on 4/13, returned it on 4/18, the returned item arrived at their location on 4/25. I called their office on 5/10 to see how's my refund status going on. She confirmed that NY office has received the item, and tell them to rush the refund process. Today is 5/22, they've never refunded my money yet.
Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.
