Forzieri review: Return of an order

I wanted to return a bag that actually was a gift but arrived too late. Rang Forzieri and they emailed me a return slip which I got printed off and another sheet which I was to put in a clear bag and stick on parcel. I then wen to Royal Mail as instructed paid£11.15 told the teller it was going to Italy that was on 11th September it finally ended up at Greenford mailing Centre Hayes in Middlesex I assume to be transported on to Italy but nobody seems to know where the £182 bag is and if it’s not found I will have to pay Klarna as Forzieri said it’s up to me to locate the parcel not themThey obviously have given me a wrong address and are now passing the buck I rang Royal Mail as Forzieri said it was under to me to ring not them and Royal Mail kind of explained it to me that they had done their bit and now it was going to Italy hopefully but he wasn’t sure as the only tracking number I have is to Hayes in England. Klarna are doing their best to help locate the package if not I will have to pay Klarna £182 for something I returned
