Hello on Sunday, August 26 2018 I came to the station at 19990 Stevens Creek Blvd, Cupertino at 5:40 pm and purchased $15.00 of gas... with something on my mind, I just forgot to pump the gas and drove off, I was on Blaney Ave next to the Alliance station when I realized my error, turning back within five minutes. I told the clerk there of my problem but he refused to help me. It was Pump number 8 and he said someone already took it. Hi my husband and I have had this account since 12/2017. We purchased this alarm system because we were not happy with our previous system Protection 1 AGS. When we purchased your system we never received any decals from the installer. I called that night and was told by someone in customer service that some decals or stickers would be in the mail. That was December 2017 and we still haven't received. Also I would like more training on the Security System Package and the application on our phone. It's not clear to us on how to maneuver our security system via cell phone away from home regarding fire safety & medical, entry control, mobile video monitoring and energy management. Also as the wife I am a hands on cell phone, email and text message person. I don't have to talk to you but I would like to be able to see my account on a regular basis, view my billing and reach out either via email, text message or chat if I need something from you. Can someone please make time out to answer my questions. So far this has not been a good experience and even though we are in a five year contract, which I was not fully aware of, I would like to receive the best customer service possible. Repeated calls even after asking them to stop. The local number calling me was [protected]. A voip # that is virtually untraceable. It took me a few days but i found out who it was. I used their automated system to be put on their do not call list. The calls did not stop so i called back again and used their automated system again. Yesterday the calls came again, i called back and used the useless automated system again. This morning after receiving another call, i called back and was shocked that a human actually answered the phone. I asked him for the company name, he replied alliance security. I explained to him that i do not want any calls from them and then explained my frustration with them and their system. He then told me that since i called back, by law they had the right to call me again as my call to them was a legal contact showing interest in them. I said i called to be put on the do not call list and that they have found a way to use the law as he stated to harass people. I said i will be blasting this all over the internet as well as reporting it to the f.T.C. As well as the bbb. He got very upset and said we follow all laws and you can report us to anyone you want but that wont help you, but if you listen to me i can help you get on our corporate do not call list to stop the calls. I am now very pissed, and said hey buddy listen to me my number is ###-###-#### i live in an apartment in a secure building and could not buy or have a security system installed even if i wanted to which i don't so stop wasting both of our time and just stop the f#####g calls and hung up.
