We bought two tickets from Belgrade to Goa for December 31, in June 2016. In September we got a notice that part of our flight from Dubai to Dabolim international airport in Goa has been canceled, and we bought new tickets at other airline company. In October we got an e mail from Fly Dubai that our flight has been reinstalled.

    We bought two tickets from Belgrade to Goa for December 31, in June 2016. In October we got an e mail from Fly Dubai that our flight has been reinstalled.
    I send an e mail to Fly Dubai at October 7, asking them clearly to refund our money, because we are definitely not flying with them. I got an answer that they need 5 to 7 weeks to give our money back.
    It’s been eight weeks from my e mail now, there is no money been sent, and Flydubai is not answering my e mail!
