FlowerShopping.com flower delivery

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE - they didn't even attempt to deliver my flowers on the day they were supposed to. They did contact me to tell me the florist could not prepare the bouquet for the price I paid so I had to agree to pay more. I did as it was a very special birthday. When the flowers were delivered - it was a bouquet of carnations (I ordered roses). Only carnations. I paid almost $70 for a bunch of carnations. I contacted customer service many times (16 emails back and forth). They offered me $12.00 and didn't even acknowledge the delivery issue and kept saying "the bouquet was filled to the correct value" and "we will only substitute items of equal or higher value". Both lies. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

FlowerShopping.com flower delivery company

I was supposed to get my flowers yesterday and that was a birthday present for a friend and flowers did not arrive! I waited patiently till the final end and nothing! When I contacted FlowerShopping they said that I'll get my flowers today and still nothing. This is the worst flower delivery company I have ever dealt with, I can't believe these thieves are allowed to do business!
I contacted them and asked to cancel my order and they said that they can't do that! Absolutely terrible and beyond ridiculous! I want to cancel because I don't need those flowers any more! Stay away!

FlowerShopping.com they sent me wrong items!

I have ordered flowers and balloon from FlowerShopping website. I received a shipment confirmation message and only after my order was sent they contacted me and said that my order was not in stock so they sent me something else! I asked them to cancel my order immediately and they replied that since my order was sent there was no way to cancel it. They made that on purpose, first they sent me wrong items and only then they told me about that. That is not a good way to do business, they are nothing but cheaters and I will not buy from their site again. As soon as I received my order I'm sending everything back! Total scam!

FlowerShopping.com don't buy from them!

Do not buy flowers from this terrible company! Ordered a bouquet from www.flowershopping.com and when my flowers arrived they looked absolutely nothing like pictures on their website. The worst part was that flowers were not fresh and were completely dead! When I contacted these guys and demanded my money back they called me a liar and refused to refund me! These guys are the worst ever! Don't buy from them!

FlowerShopping.com flower delivery

Worst experience, these folks are not dependable. Buy at your own risk after this review.

I had a close friends grandmother pass away. Once we found out the details on visitation and the funeral it was saturday night, october the 8th. I immediately got on line to search for someone that could get flowers to the funeral home on sunday as the family and I would be traveling down to visit and we wanted our flowers there. After searching I only found a few folks that would guarantee delivery on sunday but of course they would charge you extra for the privilege. The one we selected based that guarantee was flowershopping.com. I placed the order and paid via paypal so the funds would be there when they started processing the order. I picked one of there arrangements listed as a crowd favorite. It had an arrangement of white flowers with a crystal cross in the middle. I placed the order around 1900 on 10/8/16.

Early the next morning (around 1030) I received a phone call from flowershopping that stated they were out of the crystal cross I had selected but would substitute one that was white with gold trim. I was ok with that change as long as it got there by the selected delivery date of sunday, october 9th. This call indicated to me they had the order and was in the middle of processing the order for delivery. I thought all was well. I made the two hour trip to the funeral home, arriving around 1330. The arrangement had not arrived. I stated for a few hours then started the trip back home arriving around 1830. I had someone at the funeral home send me a note to verify the arrangement still had not arrived. I placed a call at that point, and getting a hold of no one left a detailed message.

I did not attend the funeral on monday but assumed the arrangement made it the next day. As funeral day is very hectic and emotional I did not ask anyone in the family to verify for me they saw the flowers we had sent. I had no other information or a call back from the sunday call to verify either way. I was getting nervous at this point.

Mid morning on tuesday, october 11th (around 1055) I received a call and subsequent message from the flowershopping folks letting me know my arrangement was not delivered on sunday or on monday, and was inquiring about what I wanted to do. Well, I wanted the flowers delivered as per our arrangement, but now that was impossible. And it is a moment I cannot get back as the visitation and the funeral were over on monday. While seething over this development I decided to check my email which I had not done the day before (monday) to see if they had sent me any type of notice. They had, late monday evening at 2037 (the funeral service was over at 1000), this note claimed they could not find anyone to deliver the flowers. I guess that meant sunday or monday. Their office hours, had I decided to call if I had gotten the email note was 2000 my time, how convenient. I returned their tuesday call about 30-45 minutes after they left the message and I had time to cool down a bit. Once I got through to someone they stated to me that they ran into com, puter problems and was unable to fulfill my order. I said computer problems, you called sunday morning acting like you were working on the order, you sent me a note on monday evening saying you had no one to deliver it, and today you have computer problems, which was it exactly? No good response, we will refund your money.

Not a good way to do business folks. Not good at all. The only way you can make these folks responsible is to not give them your money or rely on them for any services.

So be warned.

FlowerShopping.com flowers never delivered

Flowershopping.com service is absolutely horrible. Their website indicates there is a) service in twisp, wa, b) a discount for orders in twisp, wa and c) guaranteed same day delivery. I placed an order yesterday, confirmed the recipient details yesterday and then receive a call today that they cannot delivery the flowers I ordered for my mother's birthday.

Why do they guarantee a service that is not guaranteed and not provided?
Why do they even list cities where they do not provide service?
Why didn't they tell me they could not provide the service yesterday instead of today? I could have searched for an alternate solution.
They did not offer an alternative or any other solution to deliver flowers today.

Directly from their site...

"twisp flower delivery, save 10% - today only! Guaranteed same day delivery in twisp and surrounding areas with the highest quality products at the best prices."

Terrible customer service. Complete fail.

FlowerShopping.com non delivery of flowers and lack of customer service

I ordered flowers for my daughters birthday in plenty of time to be delivered for her birthday (02/19/16). Flowers were scheduled to be delivered on her birthday on a friday and no delivery and no phone call from flowershopping.com. No delivery saturday or sunday and no call from them again that there was even a problem. I will never use this company again and want to make sure nobody else gets duped by their website. I called customer service and while on hold it suddenly said this call can't be processed at this time and disconnected me. I had to call again and go through the "change order" extension to get a live person. She was very nice and said that the order will be cancelled by the close of business today and i'll not be charged. No explanation though as to what happened with my order. I hope they are honest when it comes to the credit back on my card.

My mother got a Mother's Day Surprise ! NOTHING FOR MOTHER'S DAY. I paid over $90 for flowers for Mother's Day on April 29th. On Saturday, May 9th, I received email conformation that the flowers had been delivered. On Mothers's Day I learned that she had received NOTHING. I called the following Monday to register a complaint and request a refund. That request was ingored. I had to spend time to send a dispute to my credit card company. I doubt I'll ever see that money again.

I was charged extra for a Sunday delivery that never happened. I'm still trying to get that money back. I placed an order on a Saturday morning, received a call Monday morning saying that the flowers did not get delivered on Sunday because the florist was not open. Not happy with this company. I had to call several times to make sure the flowers were delivered by noon because that's when the service started. I was sent an email stating the flowers were delivered at noon, however they didn't actually show up until 12:15. I will NEVER order from this place again.

Stay away from this horrible company. It is the worst service ever! I bought some flowers for my wife's birthday and my order was confirmed and accepted. But they never delivered the flowers! I don't need my money back, I want some apologies and that's all! They ruined my surprise! The customer service is really bad. I sent them messages and even called, but there was no response. They should be ashamed! It was their mistake that they accepted the order and not mine. This service is absolutely unprofessional. I'm very disappointed and upset. I will never use this company again, absolutely terrible lack of customer service.

FlowerShopping.com sunday delivery

I ordered a bouquet for a friend on saturday whose mother had passed away. I requested sunday delivery. I was assured they would be delivered sunday, but in case they weren't they would deliver monday and upgrade my order. I never received a delivery confirmation. It is now monday at 3:30 p.M. And my order hasn't been delivered. I called customer service and spoke to wendy, who was not at all accommodating. After telling her how disappointed I was they weren't delivered on sunday and then asking if my order had been upgraded, she said, "they're on the truck." that's it. Never said if they were upgraded or not. She also said she'd refund my sunday delivery charge. After reading all the bad comments about them, I would never order from them again. The only reason I did in the first place is because they delivered on sunday. Which of course is deceptive advertising.

Do not use this company. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I ordered flowers for a funeral. I called the company, as I wished to upgrade the flowers featured on their website. I was already ordering the premium package, which is the best arrangement they make in that style. I asked the saleswomen if I could add roses and lilies to the already existing array of flowers. She put me on hold and checked with her supervisor. She returned to the phone and assured me I was able to get the arrangement on the website, plus roses and lilies. I was very clear and she repeated my request clearly and correctly. The flowers that were delivered did not have one rose or lily. I called customer service to inform them of the error. They said the order did not have notes regarding roses and lilies. She was basically calling me a liar. She asked me if I took a picture of the flowers. I told her they were for a funeral and it would not have been appropriate to do so. After explaining in great detail and getting nowhere, I asked to speak to her supervisor. She said she was a supervisor. I asked to speak to her superior and she said I would have to put my complaint in writing. She offered me a $7 credit, which was half the delivery price. I did not have an issue with the delivery. I paid in excess of $150. I told her I was planning on doing a review of her company and she said okay. If you need customer service from this company, you will be needing a lot of luck as well.

FlowerShopping.com lying website price gouging

On july 13, 2015 I ordered a flower bouquet for $29.66 online at flowershopping.com to be delivered to my niece for her birthday. When I saw a photo of her with the flowers I was shocked. It was about 7 flowers jammed into a vase with a horrible ribbon around it - nothing like the photo in their website. I sent the photo and the website picture to flowershopping. They replied 'oh yes, it is not good'. After days of emails, all they would do was a 30% discount on the product. The delivery cost $14.95, 1/3 of the total price. Today I checked my credit card and a) they did not give any refund b) they lied on their website. They said it was $29.66 but in reality it was not canadian dollars though the website never said that. The cost of the flowers was $44.61 us.. Plus $14.95 delivery. Not only did they deliver a horrible pitiful bouquet, they price gouged by lying on their website, never saying it wasn't candian dollars and also giving a very unrealistic exchange rate on top of that. Never buy from them. I won't.in 65 years of living, I have never seen such a swindle on a simple thing like flowers.

FlowerShopping.com no delivery / rudeness

I ordered flowers for my hospitalized mother with a promised deliverer date. Flowers did not arrive. I was called by the company late in the evening telling me they did not deliver the flowers. I advised the representative to refund my money and I would address my complaint on social media. She immediately said "you're really going to complain over 44 dollars? Go ahead and spin your wheels!" she then hung up on me. Pretty lousy customer service. I am a decorated veteran and a police officer and will pass on my experience to the vfw, american legion, and every law enforcement association that I have contact with. Do not use this company!

Ordered two ficus from these jokers, one was delivered - it was very scrawny, only 60" not 68" promised - and we had to argue with the local florist contracted to do this job to get the second one later that day, which was even scrawnier than the first. Don't use these people!

FlowerShopping.com bad product

I am very disappointed with the service of this shop. I ordered a ravishing red’s bouquet for my girlfriend… with taxes and transport the price was over $80. Guess my surprise when I saw that my beautiful short square bouquet of red roses had been substituted by a vulgar high cylindrical aleatory mix of white/red carnations and daisies with some very few roses around. Not style at all, completely different combination of colors and flowers. I would expect that, if there is not availability for the enough red rouses required for the bouquet advertised, they can mix with other kind/color of roses… or may be other different flowers but respecting the squared shape and color-design of the bouquet. My order and the received bouquet are not comparable at all in quality/design. It looks like here you pay the money and they do whatever they want with it, and not for the better as they claim. I asked several times for a second delivery of the bouquet that I paid (of course now free of costs) but it was impossible. I would not recommend this shop if you care about what you buy to your lovers.

FlowerShopping.com late delivery

Flowershopping.com did not deliver my mom's birthday flowers on her birthday, and didn't call until 6:30 that night to let me know. They refused to give me a discount or free future order. They blamed the local flower shop for not delivering on time. The next day, we found out that the local flower shop did not receive the order until 12:30 the day after my mom's birthday. The whole time, the customer service at flowershopping.com was terrible - they lied repeatedly, blamed everyone else for their mess up, gave ridiculous excuses (they said they couldn't let me know when the flowers were delivered because it was against the law for their drivers to talk on the phone while driving - so I guess they just throw the flowers out the window as they drive by a house, and never stop their cars!). Flowershopping.com takes your money, doesn't do the job, and then lies and makes excuses about it. Avoid doing business with this company!

FlowerShopping.com awful customer service

We ordered flowers for a memorial service, giving clear instructions for delivery time and location. Some of the flowers were delivered, but not all. They did not call to communicate a problem. When I called them, it took three tries to get through, at which point I was put on hold before I could say hello. When the agent finally got back to me, the undelivered flowers were already 20 minutes late and she was unable to reach the driver who was supposed to be delivering. I told her I wanted a refund and her response was, "We cannot give you free flowers." (Odd because we did not get the flowers.) Not "I am sorry for your loss" or "I am sorry for our mistake." She then went on to make excuses that it was just because they didn't open until 9am. All I know is that our order was accepted containing clear instructions for time and place, they took our money, failed to deliver, and then got belligerent about it.

FlowerShopping.com stay away

Order flowers for a funeral [protected] for [protected] to be at Baldwin fairchild funeral home 7520 Aloma Ave. Winter park, FL. [protected] for 10:00am service. I recieved call on my cell at 11:06am that went to voicemail, telling me that they didn't get the flower to the funeral home before the service and so what did I want them to do? I was at work and didn't the message until 12:00 that day. I called to findout what happened and to what they could do. The best the flower shop could do was send them a home address. I wasn't happy, But what could I do. I said yes and was told that the flowershop would be sending the flowers to the funeral home and from there would be sent to Robert Curtis & family. Problem is the flower shop didn't sign in at the funeral home, just dropped the flowers off and didn't tell anyone at the funeral home. The Curtis funeral had finished and was now at the cemetery with all the flowers that the family wanted to take home with them and the rest went to the grave site. The funeral home didn't find the my flowers until they came back to the funeral home. So I called the famly in Flordia and told them the flowers would be coming to the house. Robert Curtis: 2773 Bolton Bend Orlanda, FL.32817. that evening [protected], But didn't get delievered to the house at all. I know because I called the family on sunday morning [protected] and6-22-2009 also no flowers. I sent a e - mail to flower shopping.com and told them how upset I was and that I wanted my money back. I also told them I wanted to speak to a manager. finely talked to a man named Bob (didn't give a last name to me). Well Bob was so rude I was just shocked. He said the flowers did get to the funeral home and he wasn't going to argue with me about it. He used the vaguer f — k word 3 times to me and told me he didn't have a emotional attachment to this as I did and hang up on me 2 times. I called him back because I wanted to be sure and ask him if he hang up the phone. he said yes. I didn't get the service I payed for and surely didn't need Mr. Bob (who ever) to use profanity. I was at work at the time and my boss heard me talking to Bob. Bottom line is Bob feels he need tnot refund my money. I called the funeral home to find out if my flowers did get there. I talked to Funeral Director: Milly, Who said yes the flowers arrived sometime after the Curtis funeral was at the cemetery. just dropped off and all flower delieveries are to be signed in. But flower shop didn't bother to do so. why not? I don't want this to happen to someone else too. Bob needs to learn how to treat a customer with respect and without profanity. Going through a death in the family is hard enough.

I ordered quite an expensive arrangement that was "guaranteed" to be delivered same day if ordered before 3 p.m. I ordered at about 12:30 p.m. I received a call at 3:40 p.m. and was told that it was not possible to get the order delivered that day. I was not happy, but they told me they would upgrade the order and deliver the next day. I received a text from the recipient at 5:00 p.m. this second day that the flowers had not arrived. I called and talked to Valerie and was told that delivery was attempted at 2:45 but no one was home, so a door tag was left. There was no door tag, and there were lots of people home all day. I was told that it was not possible to make the delivery this the 2nd day. Valerie said that she could deliver the next day (3rd day). I told her it was not acceptable. I told her to cancel the order, that it was no longer needed. I was asked if there was anything they could do. I told them to deliver the flowers the 3rd day for free. Valerie said they could not "give away flowers". But I "gave away" the joy that the flowers was to bring to someone who needed to have their day brightened. DO NOT ORDER FROM FLOWERSHOPPING.COM

They are very unprofessional! Flowers to my mother in-law, who was in the hospital, were not received on time. When i contacted them by telephone, they transferred me to a manager. HE was a complete jerk! And called me a ###! UNPROFESSIONAL

FlowerShopping.com terrible service - do not use

Terrible customer service - I ordered flowers for a funeral and they did not deliver as sold and promised at the time of order. They are deceptive and refer to fine print in their delivery agreement to cover deceptive selling.
Order person I spoke with was rude. This experience has been a complete waste of time.
Use someone else

WOW. I have to say the same thing. I ordered flowers for the Mother's Day, and had to waste the whole day waiting in my house because they promised to deliver flowers by 8 PM. I called there twice - nothing happened. They just kept promising that I would 100% get them by 8PM. guess what? NOTHING!
I was so upset because it was supposed to be the only present I got for my Mom. And needless to say, we wasted the whole day sitting in our house and waiting for the flowers instead of going out and enjoying nice and sunny weather! So disappointed with this company!
Workers that I talked to were not helpful at all. Looks like they don't really care about customer service and company’s credibility. Never Ever order flowers at www.flowershopping.com
I absolutely agree with the comment above.
They did nothing to solve my issue and I still have to wait for a week to get my money back! INSANE!

I placed an order on 1/7/08 for delivery on 1/8/08 based on their website's promise of same-day or next-day delivery. I received a confirmation at the time of order and I received a confirmation e-mail the day of delivery. Then I got a call on 1/9/08 to say they hadn't made my delivery.

Wish I could have gotten what I paid for but instead I got a different basket with different colors and no bird/nest. This last minute substitution was done too late for me to cancel and had to get a replacement. Take the substitute offer or your Mom gets nothing. No discount, no consolation. Take it or leave it.

8/16/2023 ordered flowers with a larger stuffed animal and chocolates and came without the $35 bear and $20 box of chocolates and came 3 hours after it said it was delivered. Also missing another bouquet of flowers. Order number 3546065

Flowers were paid for and an extra fee charged for Saturday delivery.

There is no phone number to check on order only and email. No response to my email. 2nd email I requested refund no response.

Wish I read these before ordering! Order was never delivered, despite confirmation email received. No one is able to take my call when I call to complain. Fraud?

Flowers we're never delivered for Friday funeral even though I ordered them the Wednesday morning before and had asked that they be delivered Thursday. Had even been given verbal confirmation that they had been delivered. Very disappointed and upset. Would urge others not to use this company.

I ordered flowers for my girlfriend on Valentine's Day and they were delivered to the wrong address, then they offered NOTHING in terms of compensation. Complete failure.

Order never delivered. I paid rush delivery.Customer service completely useless. They offered me delivery next day after Birthday!

This place is a SCAM! I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day, was promised that they would arrive and here is it 5 days later and still no flowers. I have spoken to them SEVERAL times and each time they say that they are unable to find the delivery address. They refuse to let me speak to a supervisor and have refused to cancel the order. Lucky for me, I have an amazing bank that has refunded my money and will go after them. Lesson learned. I will stick to a local florist or go with 1-800-flowers.

The website said guaranteed same day delivery. I ordered for delivery yesterday, Saturday, the day of a just learned about memorial service (to be shipped to the recipient's home, not the service) and was informed this morning that delivery will be put off until Monday. I called customer service and he argued with me that they don't guarantee same day delivery and I told him I was looking at it right there on the screen. He told me to send a screen capture to customer service and "they'd have to honor it" if it was indeed there. So I did, and the reply back was "we can't always offer same day delivery, sorry." Now, I had searched for same day delivery in the city I was sending to, and their site came up with the searched for city in all of the site verbiage with the guarantee next to their BBB symbol (which is a D+ rating, by the way, not the A- they claim). The generic site does not have this verbiage, but the page I found when I searched by city, did. As did the page that links back from the confirmation email they sent. So that was the info I was working off of, and the info they allow to be out there if you search by city. Needless to say, I am frustrated, and all I was offered was a "sorry". That just doesn't cut it.
