FlipKey / Charged me without permission

I decided to cancel my subscription with FlipKey so I emailed their customer support regarding this demand. I was told that everything is done but despite that I was kept getting charged on a monthly basis... Eventually they've canceled everything but refused to refund me those unauthorized charges.
