Flighthub / horrible non-service
I booked a ticket with you a few days ago [protected] and your agent spelt my name wrong. She cancelled the ticket, charged me $75.00 to do an 'investigation' and assured me that I would get that money back.
I then booked another ticket with the right name and got confirmation of that ticket [protected], I phoned my bank and the amount of $1375.86 has been taken off my credit card on Dec. 14, 2014 at 6:03 pm. Then your company tried to put that amount through on my credit card again at 7:18 pm the same day and was a declined. I talked to my bank today and the funds of $1375.86 are not on my credit card. You have that money, and, I have no ticket. Can you please give me that money back as soon as possible so I may make my flight arrangements? Ii have tried to talk to a supervisor in your twice in the last 2 days and have been told that no one is available. I am serious about this, you have my money and I want it back immediately.
