I placed an order on Oct.17 with a store credit I had revived from a previous order. Paid for 2 day shipping. It is oct. 23 still have not received order and have reached out to customer service 4 times via email at least and countless times via phone with no response. The customer service via phone is horrible and you are literally not able to reach an actual person. I received what seems like an automated email response on today, oct.23, saying to be patient that my order has not been forgetten but that still the order has not been shipped. I order the items for an event on the 27th and will most likely now not receive them by then. I have never experienced this problem before with fashion Nova and am extremely angry. I feel as if they have stolen my money and I can't even contact them to have them cancel the order!

Never will I shop there again.
I have an account with Fashion Nova and am extremely reachable by email and phone. Looking forward to seeing how they will address this issue.
