Okay, so I ordered an itsm 2 weeks ago. I recieved an email saying my money have been refunded. I contacted the fashion nova people and tried calling I didnt get no type of hope. Sone people say it usually takes 2-7 business days to get your money back in your card or e-gift card. Its been [censor] 2 weeks im contacting these oeople and yet I still havent got an email back, im so [censor] frustrated cause fashion bern doing this alot now.

This site is HORRIBLE, I have yet to receive my order from Black Friday I spent 140$ and I bought my grandma something since she has never tried fashion nova! I'm so shocked they are scamming people they have been so great for a year and now they are scamming people even me! this site should b shutdown immediately! and if we get a refund on store credit I want my money on the card or double the amount I spent! this is [censor] they are making sure they don't answer any phone calls because they KNOW what they're doing sadly! All of us women who have been screwed over should get together and figure out how to get them shut down idk where to go to have them investigated but if anyone knows let me know asap they have so much money from us who haven't received out order this is wrong on so many levels I want my clothes im close to calling a lawyer and seeing what we can do [censor] you fashion nova if u can't handle Black Friday don't do Black Friday I will never ever shop here again [censor] off fashion nova - sincerely a customer you've lost! (On top of many others hope u guys go to [censor])

THEY ARE A FAUD. I have called them many times and the automated system says to wait on the line and after 5 seconds, it would automatically hang up. I have tried to email them about being double charged and after a week of waiting, they still have not replied back! I emailed again, and the same thing happens. It is so frustrating that someone can't assist me with my issue. I lost $150! I am enraged. All I want is my money back!

My order was placed 11/18/17. It has been 13 days now and I still don't have an update or status. I have emailed customer service over 10 times. At one point the customer rep didn't even brother to read my email then sent a automatic response about returns. I told him next time do your job and actually read my concerns within the email. In the email I mentioned I still haven't received updates or a status about my order. It had nothing to do with returns. It shows you how much they care about their customers, very little. At that point I was heated and asked to speak with a supervisor. The rep sent another email stating give them 24-48 hours to respond. 11/30 was the 48hr deadline and still no response. The supervisor haven't set a good example for their employees with responses to the customer. I needed this order by 12/2/17 for a concert. Fashion Nova is giving me the run around and have failed to let me know what's going on with my order. They are dodging me after taking my money. I now had to go to my reliable website AMAZON to order as I know they will fulfil their 2 day delivery promise. I love the items at Fashion Nova, but their commitments and promises to the customers are absolutely false.
If my order is not here my tomorrow (date of concert) I demand a full return of my money. Fashion Nova you services are no longer needed as you have failed as a company. If I don't hear from them soon, I'm calling my bank and reporting fraudulent charges as they have failed to provide me an explanation regarding my order.

I ordered 2 pairs of jeans on Black Friday for $50 and paid for 2 day shipping and it's dec 1st and I still haven't received a tracking number and it's saying my order hasn't been fulfilled. I was so excited to get jeans from here bc all the famous people recommended it but now I'm very disappointed. They take your money and they're number doesn't work. I either want my money back to my card or I want both of my jeans by at the latest dec 10th. Fashion nova really disappointed me.

i have ordered some items on fashion nova's website on 12-27-17 and 12-28-17
the first order was Order Number: #9846951
Order Date: 11/26/2017 the total for both items was 24.16 i received one of the two items. the second item never showed up and i also never got a full refund for it.i tried emailing some one. no response. the second time i ordered which was a day after i purchased the first order, i had two different orders which were #9989466 and #9935542
these orders have been unfulfilled and i have yet to hear back from anyone concerning these orders. i emailed a rep on changing my account email because on the site there is no option to change account details like email or password change. i got a response by someone named genesis and she said that she changed my account over to the desired email.she said to give it 24-48 hours. welp, ITS DECEMBER 1ST and im still logging in with the wrong email address and not the one i requested her to change. so that means someone is getting my shipping details and my address because someone hacked into the email that i had the recent account with. i have tried calling. NO ANSWER! DO YOUR EMPLOYEES JUST LISTEN TO THE PHONES RING ALL DAY AND JUST SIT THERE? I REALLY LIKE YOUR CLOTHING BUT THE SERVICE SUCKS AND I HAVE SPENT MONEY ON ITEMS THAT CLEARLY SAID THEY WERE IN STOCK AND I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY UPDATED INFO ON ANY EXCEPT THE FIRST ONE! I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE I FINALLY FOUND A SITE THAT HAS THE CLOTHING I WANT AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FALLS SHORT EVERY TIME.

I ordered on black friday boy was I surprised when I received that notification email saying my order shipped. Only one problem. ...it was short a pair of jeans! But oh don't worry we will credit you in 48 hours. Im wondering credit how? So I get my jeans and I love them! They got here in 2 days they fit comfortable everything but hold up...where is my credit and why didn't I receive jeans that were in stock when I ordered? Crickets ftom customer service I haven't heard a peep since I contacted them. I thunk they scammers who use celebrities to lure us in.

This the worst clothing site ever I order mauve shoes they gave me some other color shoes . It's been 3weeks since I sent those shoes back, smh I wish I have never from this company ... if u see this don't order from fashion nova it's a waste of your MONEY & they don't do refund on the items they [censor] up ! I give them a ZERO RATING smh ! Waste of time honestly

I placed my order on 11/24 with two day shipping and on 11/30 the order still says unfulfilled. I leave the country on the morning of December 2nd and it does not look like I will receive my order before then. I have called several times and only get the automated machine which hangs up on you. I have also emailed multiple times but all of my emails go unanswered. I have ordered several times from FashionNova in the past and never had this problem! I'm extremely disappointed.

Order items in past where I was sent defect item sent back stated never received for other item I sent back a different time was giving a credit tht took 2 months to recieve when I went to use credit code didn't work .. no live person at number emails go unanswered if they do respond ur lucky and just recently order bikini over a week ago still no confirmation tht it shipped now I'm out of luck for my up coming trip thank goodness I ordered Thur PayPal will be disputed enough is enough they need to be shut down with there unpractical ways..never again will they get my money!

My biggest mistake was closing out the page without saving the order number I had received. I called your company thinking it would be a breeze you would be able to provide me with a tracking number and everything like you did before. This time I am completely disappointed and frustrated with this company. I needed this dress for a certain date. I emailed the customer service they said they don't have an report of my order yet the money was charged on my card because I know I placed the order. Really I want my order or give me my money back.

I placed two orders, one on November 18th and November 24th. I haven't received tracking or shipping information regarding my orders. I emailed customer service regarding my orders "No help"...The customer number doesn't allow you to speak with anyone. Corporate office number doesn't work! Hopefully this matter can be solved, otherwise I will have to seek legal advice...Very Very poor customer service experience!

I ordered 3 dresses on July 31st of this year 2017. I was happy to received my order in days but they were too big so I followed the directions on their website on how to return. I qualified for full price credit of the dresses. I waited for over a month to wait for a credit but never received one. I emailed several times about my return and never once received a response from Fashion Nova. It wasnt a customer service ph no.listed so I looked it up. Needless to say, I've tried many times to get through to someone but never got through . I've waited as long as 30 mins on hold but no response but recordings! I'm very disappointed and at this point I want a full refund of my purchase. I tracked my package and is aware that it was received by someone at Fashion Nova and it was signed for. Please help!

I ordered about 4 pairs of pants around November 16 and was sent a email and text confirmation that my order went threw. On November 21 I got a email and text confirmation that my package was 1 of 2 complete and delivered but I never received anything in the mail or on my porch. I Paid 61.98 and I was refunded 27.98 for 2 pair of jeans that didn't go there. I filed a complain and emailed and tried to contact customer support. It's been about over a week since I haven't received anything. I just want a full refund of my order that was placed because my package never got delivered and or got lost.

Oh my god so I ordered clothes and shoes from FN for the first time ever. It ordered them on Black Friday, so when they didn't come two days later I totally understand cuz I'm sure they were swamped, I sent a very kind written email asking why processing was taking so long. They said it's because they don't consider weekends to be business days. So I let it slide. But it's been like FIVE DAYS now and my order HASNT EVEN SHIPPED? 76 DOLLARS GONE BASICALLY. NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN! IF I WANTED CHEAP CLOTHES AT EXPENSIVE PRICES, I WOULDVE GONE TO FOREVER 21

I placed an order on the 22 and even after 2 days shipping have yet to receive it almost a week later. On top of that I have been waiting for a credit for almost 3 weeks from a previous order. I cut them some slack with the holiday but then saw that my friend received her order placed on the same day. When I email them they don't respond due to high volume which is upsetting because I'm left clueless at where the stuff I ordered is. Now everything that I have ordered is out of stock !

I'm very upset that I️ have to keep writing fashion nova & im not getting a single response. This is my last time ordering from here since I️ can't figure when my products I️ ordered are at. 2 day shipping my [censor]! This is 7 day shipping which I️ did not pay for. Very unprofessional that a loyal customer like myself always has to send a 1000 messages just to get my tracking number. I️ already waited 48 hours... where's my stuff?

I ordered a dress and a pair of earrings and was sent an entirely incorrect dress. I have called at least 20 times with no answer. I have sent emails which have gone unanswered. This is unbelievable to me. You cannot take people's money and not give them what they have paid for and then there is absolutely no recourse. I want my money back or the correct dress that I ordered. The order number is 9218453.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with online purchasing. This is the second issue I have had with purchasing from the site and against my better judgement I foolishly gave it another try. I say foolishly because my first issue is yet to be resolved!

I placed my 1st order with FashionNova.com about 1 week ago, I was then emailed saying one item I ordered and paid for is out of stock and was issues store credit, I checked the website for the item and it was neither out of stock or low stock. I emailed FashionNova and got no reply after emailing 3 times, I got one reply saying it is out of stock and I should be "cautious" when ordering next time keeping in mind it is their fault that the website never stated out of stock or low in stock. I gave them a second chance and placed another order using the store credit, but had to pay for shipping Again at my own expense. I had the same problem with another product, so I emailed again and the person emailing kept making excuses. I have not even been store credited for this item, and have asked repeatedly that I get a full refund for the whole order and I will ship back the items at my own expense as well as opening dispute in Paypal which has not been replied to either. I clearly proved in the emails to the company that these items still to this day have never been out of stock or low in stock. I have gone online and read reviews and this has been a big waste of my money that I demand to have back, and learned they do this to majority of customers as a way of scamming for them to pay for shipping over and over. I would please like them to give a full refund back into my account for the second order and I will send order back to them at my own expense. This is clearly the companies fault and I should not have to pay for their mistakes.
