Fairpoint Communications / Unfair pricing, bad service, bad customer service

Fairpoint did not tell me that I was commiting to a three year contract for service, and charged me $400 to cancel... when I called to ask for a supervisor it took 24 hours for one to call me back, and she just kept the fraudlant charges on the bill. This is an AWFUL company... they took over two months to get my internet service on... they lie, they are lazy, and they steal... better to use two dixie cups and a piece of string than Fairpoint!

    I agree they have the worst billing and customer service and the rates are ripping people off i think they should be SHUT DOWN im about to go on strike with them ..lol
