I had a 6 month premium subscription service. The auto renew kicked in, and four hours into the first day of the renewal, I notified the company that I need to cancel my subscription. They denied it, and refuse to refund me the service, despite being 4 hours into the 6 month subscription. I'm not sure if any US firms treat customers like this, but stay away from this firm. Use other services, that actually care about their customers.
