I was billed for muisc after a 14day trial, but i was never able to down load any, but was still billed 11.99. I would like my money back. any help with this would be very helpful for me. Thank you Ann VanHorn

    2 Accounts activated, on same day and time. This after site showed an unable to open an account, no emails regarding activation, no refund, no free trial downloads, lost when account "upgraded". No real service, they just repeat standard diatribe, talked with four "reps". They must be making lots of $ from this. Suggest people do the following:

    File a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission:, which has more clout and could end their underhanded practices. If not notified regard billing/ account upgrade, inform them. The company does not notify anyone, even after the fact and pity those who fail to check their bank statements. They are passive ( not informing the consumer because it means lots of $ for them...worldwide.
