[Resolved] EMS Internet / Holding credit cards details without permission

Took credit card details on a false product and used them, then refunded the money with a another apology then kept card details for future records or scams

    Ems Internet customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the client have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where company image and it's services are concerned.

    Kept my payment details from previous year and then took payment for the following year six months in advance.

    They're complaints procedure is nil and void, if you look at their website it can take around 2 months before they promise an
    outcome.

    Please STAY AWAY from these chancers !

    I've had all the experiences mentioned in these posts. A low cost website cost thousands - as a non IT guy they bamboozled me with jargon and almost forced me to pay for any additional "service" they asked for. They also keep your direct debit details, take payments and then claim to have sent you some form of communication in advance - THEY DON'T!!
    Contact is impossible, requests for call backs a waste of time.
    However I now have a brilliant website, but at a ridiculous cost. They email address on it is wrong and I cannot get it changed.
    Better to find another company!.
