Bludomain Bludomain is not responding to my request to unlock and transfer my domain name

I had decided to let my Bludomain website go over a year ago. I only want to keep my domain name active. I have been contacting Bludomain support for over two weeks now requesting that they unlock my GoDaddy domain name and transfer my domain name back to GoDaddy. My first support tickets to Bludomain got no response. I then sent in an emergency support ticket and what I got then was, "I will send this ticket to Aundrea who handles domain transfers - you can email her directly at [protected]@gmail.com or text message [protected]” I have been texting and emailing Aundrea everyday since getting that contact information with no answers from her. All I got was a $100. PayPal invoice for bludomain hosting that I do not want. I also have been sending a daily response to my emergency support ticket to Budomain and getting no response back.

To be clear, I do not want hosting from Bludomain.

My domain from GoDaddy is separate from the Bludomain hosting fee.

I have been instructed by GoDaddy customer support to request that Bludomain unlock my domain and transfer it to another GoDaddy acct so I can then have access to my domain through GoDaddy.

According to GoDaddy customer support my domain is paid up until December 2024.

GoDaddy customer support has been very helpful, but because of the lock that Bludomain has on my domain name GoDaddy can’t transfer it, the transfer has to be done by Bludomain.

I check my GoDaddy account everyday to see if the transfer has been completed and it still has not been done.

I have provided Bludomain with my domain name, my GoDaddy acct number and my email assocciated with my acct. Which is everything Bludomain needs to handle this transfer. There is no reason thay have not completed the transfer as requested.

I had been a Bludomain customer for many years. You would think they would show some respect for all my years with them and follow though with my request. Over the years my website would go down because often Bludomain fails to send out invoices and lets things expire. They don't contact the client, the client has to contact them to let them know that there is a problem.

Desired outcome: Unlock and transfer my domain name as requested. I have provided all the information needed to handle the request.

Bludomain Not renewing my domain not responding to my support tickets

I am writing to report alleged abuse from bludomain.com.

(Owner Aundrea Hasselbach, phone # is 303.895.6196.)

I have been in the photography business since 2008. Since the inception, bludomain (reseller of wildwestdomains.com) has been my registrant.

Even after I pay annually they don't renew it upon receipt so my site is down for some time. I have to deal with them every year to get it back up and running. They did it again this year, but now they won't reinstate it even after I have paid (before the due date), filled out several support tickets and emailed them repeatedly.

I am desperate and need help. My site has been down now for almost a month and I'm losing business. They should be prosecuted for holding my domain hostage. And apparently I am one of the thousands they have done this to.

Desired outcome: I would just like a response - that they'll either reinstate it or just give me the option so that I can be the official registrant and have it under my control.

Bludomain Domain

I’ve been hosting with Blue Domain for 17 years, but the last two years support has been very poor.

My domain expired twice and the website went down because I never received an invoice. Both times I had to pay additional fee’s to restore my domain.

This year I decided I that I wanted to transfer my domain to a new hosting company. I created help desk tickets, wrote letters and even tried contacting the attorney general. I never received a response from Blu Domain.

Last week my domain went up for auction and I was outbid in the last minute as the auction closed. The new owner is offering to sell me my domain back on for $2,300!

I am beyond frustrated, Blu Domain is a terrible company.

Bludomain Fraud

would give a zero if possible. I have hosted with BluDomain for a few years. Each year they "forget" to invoice for the domain name, which takes the renewal from $75 to $100. This year, it happened again, but there's more money on the line. I had just paid for a new template and the upload service. I've repeatedly emailed and submitted support tickets, but my site remains down. This has been going on since mid-January. I've reached out to the owner and received no response. One employee emailed me and said I needed to contact GoDaddy, but after two hours on the phone with GoDaddy, they confirmed that BluDomain holds my domain name. Even though I have paid my domain and late fees, BluDomain has not renewed my domain name. BluDomain has not responded about getting my domain name back since I paid $120 for them to retrieve it. They do not have a contact number to call, so customers are forced to email only.

Bludomain website

I have been trying to contact Bludomain in reference to my site being down. It has been weeks and I have not gotten a response from anyone. My complaint # is: [protected]

I have not received an invoice for payment since June9July 2021 which I paid promptly as I've done for the past 10+ years that I've been a customer.

I would like my domain which I created and my site up and running again. I would like Bludomain to contact me and let me know what the hell is going on!

Desired outcome: I would like to receive my domain name and have my site pictures, info everything regarding my site back in my possession.

Bludomain Website and domain name scam

BluDomain is not invoicing clients for their domain names. They then allow the domain name to get sent to someone in Hong Kong and basically hold your domain name "hostage" stating you never paid for your domain name. When you ask for proof of them invoicing you... they are unable to provide proof so they play dumb and just give generic responses back. I've now sent 20 emails in the past 3 weeks with no resolution in site. This business needs shut down immediately. I am not the first person they have scammed. All of my business cards and promotional materials are now worthless as the domain name has been hacked.

Bludomain Customer service

I am infuriated with this company. I recently purchased a website through their company & needed to have my domain name transferred from Wordpress. I have paid all of the fees and given all of the information they need. I have not received a response for months! This is after sending multiple inquiries- even from the emergency issue ticket. I have no website online now and haven't for months- I am losing business and this is costing me my livelihood. I am just disgusted with this company.

Desired outcome: Site to go live & refund of all monies paid. Would be nice to be given some sort of monetary amount for the months of lost business!!!!!!

Bludomain Domain renewal

I cannot say enough negative things about this company. I have been beyond disappointed with their customer service and lack of communication. I started my website with them in 2009 and every year since then when my domain was up for renewal I tried to get out of it but once they have your domain good luck getting them to try to release it to you. I was basically stuck with them until this year when things got so bad that I was forced to just create a new domain name for my company so I could get away from them. They would not respond to me for renewal of my domain name so basically my website shut down. They would not get back to me for over a week so I ended up resorting to creating a whole new website. It was a lot of work but now I am so thankful that I never have to deal with their horrible customer service again. Not only did they refuse to renew my domain name but they would not reimburse the $100 yearly fee that I paid for renewal of my website design. STAY FAR AWAY!

Bludomain Website hosting

Do not do business with them.. they are a scam. They have an F rating with the better business bureau and there is an article from the better business bureau warning people not to do business with them. They need to be shut down! I want any invoices or bills they have created for me to be deleted and removed from there system, as I am not a client.customer of theirs.
Unprofessional business, terrible customer service, money hungry people that cannot keep track of their invoices, customers info, or who they have business with. I have asked for refunds over and over again and this business refuses. I asked what I paid into build my website to be refunded to me, because they deleted my work and all traces of it, so the product i paid for didnt exist... they refused and said there was nothing they could do and would not refund me and actually asked me to spend more money to get my site back up. They are money hungry and will delete your website if your a little late on yearly dues/fees owed or if you have issues that they don't feel like dealing with. If there is any issues with invoices not be sent they will deny it and blame the customer. I had yearly dues not paid and had no idea because they forgot to send the invoice. Then I got penalized for their mistake, told it was my fault and they shut down my website. When I gladly paid it as soon as I found out about dues owed I had to wait days for my website to be back up. They would not offer the fees to be waived even though it was a mistake on their end. They would randomly change my login to get into my admin page to update my site.. so sometimes I had no idea how to even get into my site or update it. They make you go to a whole different web address and log in to update your site, upload pictures etc. Its insanely glitchy and slow and not user friendly. They also would change the url randomly so i would always get some error code that the site does not exist and i couldn't log in... to a website I was paying to use.. which i could not use. There websites are not mobile friendly and they make you pay more if you want that... yes pay more.. in a era where everyone uses their smartphone to view sites they want the standard to be desktop first. In the end I ended up having my site back online working really hard to update it, only to lost it all in 2018. There servers crashed and they lost all their customers websites. They had no back ups of the sites or customers sites or customers drafts or anything that could have been saved. I lost everything. I had no site, no drafts, no back ups or even customer service to help get me answers. They once again asked me for money and told me I can buy another template and start over again.. from scratch. They were very unprofessional about handling this and got very hostile about the fact that they made a mistake and took it out the customer asking me to pay for more services due to their mistake. I eventually moved all my website business elsewhere and even moved my hosting elsewhere so I had no more business or monetary ties with them. And today I received an invoice for hosting fees. I terminated my hosting with them a year ago and they are still trying to get money out of me. I tried to call the number listed on the invoice for customer service and the voicemail was full.. I couldn't even leave a message. This business is a joke and there level of unprofessionalism is insane. Do not do business with them... they will not take care of you as a customer and just care about money. When I messaged the company about the new charges for something I don't owe I told them I have not hosted with them for over a year and my domain is being hosted elsewhere. They replied that they will just delete my domain and put it back in public pool...And the kicker is the person who replied, Aundrea, would rather delete someones site and domain first before looking into anything. I host with a totally different service now and have no idea how she thinks i am still her customer. I hope this place goes out of business soon and people stop giving money to this incompetent business

Bludomain Lost website, blog, and emails

On june 21st I paid for the next year of blog host with bludomain. That same day my website went down (along with my blog and email). On the 25th I found out that the server crashed and my entire website, blog and 6 months of emails were gone. Countless hours of work and seo gone. I asked for the money back that I paid because I was not going to build another website with them and they refused. They said that they can only offer me a free website. This is terrible customer service and is theft. Stay away from this company.

Bludomain Never use them

I don't know why they decided they could do this, but I won't give up so easily.
The matter of fact they stole my domain and sold it to someone else. Not to mention that I paid every month on time without having any problems. For 4 years.
One week ago I went to check my website and it turned out I don't have it anymore. There was another person who was monitoring it. He/she was probably said that I would try to contact her/him, so they just ignored me.
Been trying to get in touch with the bludomain, but it's useless so far.
I will get it back anyway or will force them to refund. But you're warned. Don't use them, don't trust these [censored]s.

Bludomain Absolutely terrible service!

I have been with bludomain for two years and used this service to create a website. It was just a simple website where I posted some pictures I made. About two weeks ago when I tried to enter my site I wasn't able to do that. I tried to reach bludomain support service, but they did not reply. My site is not working and I can't do or fix anything without their help, but they don't seem to care. When I tried to use their live chat it was unavailable and still is. Absolutely terrible service!

Bludomain Scam of a company

I have paid for my site but these guys from bludomain keep telling me they never received anything! How is that even possible? I even received a confirmation from my bank that they did receive the money.
I wanted to resolve the situation but wasn't able to reach them. I tried their ticket option but never received a reply. Then I went to their live chat and the person there said they will contact me as soon as my issue will get resolved. Never happened!
I'm totally disgusted with that kind of service, I guess it's time to move somewhere else. I don't want to deal with these clowns ever again!

Bludomain Bludomain customer service is a joke

Bludomain customer service is a joke! They make your business look bad! Your clients will be put on hold for days or weeks before they correct the issue making you look like you are ignoring your customers. They don't give true customer service, there is no phone # to contact them only way to contact them is to e-mail back and forth, but they take 2 days or so to answer your problem with a stupid answer that you have already check out. Don"t insult our intelligence, people use customer service as a last resort! There live chat is also a massive joke, you log in, ask a question and all they tell you is to fill out a support claim (e-mail). I notice that the only questions they answer are from unsuspecting new clients to lure them in, then once they get your money you'll never get service again. Beware!

Bludomain Bludomain has the worst customer service we have ever worked with

Bludomain has the worst customer service we have ever worked with. Once they set up your site, if you ever decide to leave they make you work very hard to get your domain name and server information transferred.

After 2 months of trying to get our domain name transferred we still haven't gotten it. Now our domain is almost expired and bludomain will not give us a phone number to talk to them! It's all been by email and they are extremely unresponsive. Think twice before working with them. We use showit websites now and its night and day difference!

Bludomain I didn't even realize how terrible it was until I started hosting with someone else

I was a client of bludomain for 3 years and I didn't even realize how terrible it was until I started hosting with someone else. The template was really nice, easy to work with, limited in some ways but it seemed good to me. Until I needed help with things. Customer service was absolutely terrible, it would take days to get answers to my emails and even then they were vague answers.

Then the billing problems. Pricing is comparable with other hosting and domain registrars, nothing to gripe about there. Two years ago I stopped receiving invoices for my domain name. Lucky me right? Wrong.

A few weeks ago I moved my website to a new hosting provider. After a few requests to bludomain to let me transfer my service, they refused to let me. I was told I owed a fine for late payments. What in the world? I emailed back asking what for and they said they had decided not to send out yearly bills and to just do it every 4 years. They then said I had to pay for the years [protected] and 2013 all in one chunk right now or they wouldn't let me transfer my service. They held my website hostage to make me pay for services they never billed me for plus for future years I wasn't going to use! Just to be sure I read through my whole terms of use (it's on their site) and it says nothing about 4 year billing cycles.

I cannot stress it enough to stay away from them. The templates are terrible for seo, they look very nice but are just not worth it. There are dozens of other places to go for hosting and a site, stay away from bludomain. I'm not sure if i'm allowed to plug another site but i've switched to hostgator and it's awesome. 24/7 live tech chat, it's so awesome. :)

Bludomain Lies, scams, and no security

Aundrea hasselbach of bludomain.com attempted to scam a client of mine out of additional payment when we tried to move her domain out of bludomain. When pressed further she did not hesitate to lie to me in order to attempt to justify her scam. Worse yet, aundrea never attempted to verify my involvement with our shared client, simply accepting my word that I was working on the client's behalf, which poses a very significant and very real security concern for any current and potential bludomain.com customer.

This company will not follow their own terms of service, and absolutely will attempt to scam you at their first opportunity. They will also allow anyone at all with passing knowledge of your website/domain to write in and make changes to your account. Do no, under any circumstances, sign up with bludomain.com.

I am having serious problems with Blu Domain and their CEO Aundrea Hassbelbach. My domain expired 3 days ago on June 20th and she BOUGHT my domain the following day on June 21st. I am OUTGRAGED and I want my domain BACK! BLU DOMAIN IS A SCAM!

Bludomain Beautiful sites but they don't work as well as you would expect

Beautiful sites but they don't work as well as you would expect. The customer service is awful. Often times I just never get a response. When they do respond it’s days later, if you have more than one concern listed in your support ticket be assured you will not get them all answered in one e-mail. Then you will be waiting days again. It’s so frustrating because they have the potential to be a great company but they just don’t care about their customers.

Bludomain This company has no trial period for its program

This company has no trial period for its program. When you purchase it, you have no idea what lies on the backend or what the customer service is going to be like. They charge you for a whole year’s worth of hosting right from the outset and $100 for a site that you don’t even own. If you are not happy, which I guarantee you won’t be as the customer service sucks and they don’t launch the site when they say they will, plus the admin area is completely un-intuitive, they basically tell you to screw off and if you want your domain name back they want to sell it to you for $60. There are many good things about the internet, but bludomain is not one of them. They are horrible. Be warned.
