eBags.com / I will not buy from them again
eBags is absolutely terrible company and there is no customer service!! When I tried to contact eBags via phone they never picked up and their line was always busy! I wasn't able to reach anyone no matter how hard I've tried.
I ordered a handbag from them and I paid extra money to get it in two days but it actually took them over two months to deliver it. All that time I was in stress and had no idea what to do, I thought I lost my money, but suddenly two months later my bag finally arrived. I'm glad that I finally received it but these two months were a real nightmare. I will not buy from them again and would not recommend them to anyone.
