Our lights were disconnected, we paid our bill immediately yet we still do not have power. Can anyone explain this to me? How can you not give a time for returning power but can give a time for disconnection? Not currently satisfied at all. When calling to verify my affairs the operator was very rude. I have small children and these days are extremely hot. I am at fault for not making my bill on time, totally taking credit for my fault now would someone please turn our power back on? We've paid our bill what more do you want??? Blood in writting? This is ridiculous.
