[Resolved] / awful!

I made an ordered and purchased a lovely dress from DressLily website! I paid over $30 for the dress and some extra money for shipping. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive my dress! It is still in processing and it has not been updating since mid February. I wanted the dress for my birthday party, but I did not receive it on time. I can't believe that this stupid website took my money and never delivered my dress! Avoid this site at all costs!

    Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.
