Digi Telecommunications / unauthorised third party charges
There are too many complaints about unauthorised third party charges e.g. by 33101 and others. The charge RM4/sms up to RM10/sms.
(1) after so many such issues, DIGI should activate a monitoring software and barr such numbers.
(2) your customer helpline service is appaling. Inconsistent answers and no recordings of complaints logged into the system.
Digi email helpline is equally non-existant. It's truly annoying having to personally go to your service centres to rectify issues that should not have happenned in the first place.
