Digi Telecommunications / extremely bad service from digi
1. I can't access my digi broadband service and called the customer service (cs) twice on the 18/7/2018. I was told by the cs that their technical service engineer will call back in 72 hours??. To my astonishment their technical team only returned call on the 24/7, after 6 days!!
2. Having being a digi customer for up umpteen years, while I did signed up for 4gb package 2 years ago..., digi remained silence on upgraded service to your long time customer. After my predicament, I only noticed from their web portal that there are better benefits with my current package!!
Hmmm... Should I move out from this telco??
