I was working as a recharge retailer using Crowdfinch platform. I had about 3500 rs. balance in my wallet after doing few successful recharges. But suddenly few months ago I couldn't login to my account. After that I tried to complain the issue towards the company but I couldn't get them in all their mobile numbers. I even tried to contact them through their email addresses but couldn't.
I want my money refund. Please help. Is there any way so I can get my money back. Please help.

I have paid the company 49900 last three month I became they are not refunding me they are not replying me also that not pick up the phone also I have sent 4 to 5 mail on the company email ID I have send there is no reply from their side all phones are switch off now they have changed the owner of CEO and number also but no one is pickup the phone and they are not refunding my money also

I was using there service but most of the time recharges going fail. No proper response from them. They will tell you to wait but won't tell you to wait for how much time. You will wait for some time and after asking them you will get reply "please wait". Always there commitment going fail. If they tell you to wait for one day then it will be minimum one week means 7 days at least. It may take one month also. Next thing you will get is temporary solution of problem means problem will be fixed for some days only. You will get same problem or more problem than previous problem. If one problem fixed then another arises and so on. Don't take service from them. You will be loosing your vaaluable customers. Be aware about crowdfinch cybernetics, jaipur, rajasthan.
They are doing same thing again . They blocked my account initially and now they are not in the mood to return my money . Even I am unable to login to my dashboard . They are changing their address multiple times . Now their new address displaying as AMOUR TOWER, PLOT NUMBER E-9, MK BUSINESS GROUP, PRADHAN MARG, MALVIYA NAGAR, JAIPUR, RAJASTHAN and another one GS2 HEAVENLY PLAZA, SUITE NO 324, KAKKANAD, COCHIN, KERALA - 682021 .
Previously it was S3-S4, SURYANSH APARTMENT, 48 HEERANAGAR, GOPALPURA BYEPASS, JAIPUR, RAJASTHAN - 302019
Their address displaying they have office in SINGAPORE also .
I think they are going to close their office and go away from India like MALYA .
We should take action against them . They are very big fraud .
Nowadays they are responding and trying to resolve issue ASAP.
