I sent my Seiko Sportura under warrenty (3 months old) to Creationwatches.com service repair since 8 months and always the same answer:

Dear Patrick,

Sorry we can't refund you for this purchase we have not yet receive
the watch from Service Center. Repairs can take longer if it is
complicated and parts are required. It is also due to the fact that
sometimes parts need to be ordered from Japan and if there is shortage
of parts we have to wait for the next production cycle.

After receiving the watch back from Service Center we will inform you.

    We had a similar experience with creation watches. after purchasing a Seiko solar Mens diving watchin Dec 2013 - it only worked for 3 months and we had to return it to Creation Watches. We too got the same message from Vanya and Justin
    Sorry for the delay. After receiving the watch we will inform you.
    Repairs can take longer if it is complicated and parts are required.
    It is also due to the fact that sometimes parts need to be ordered
    from Japan and if there is shortage of parts we have to wait for the
    next production cycle. However please do not worry, as soon as the
    watch is back we will have it sent to you.

    This went on for 12 months- after having to pay for the watch to be sent back to Singapore, we then had to pay to have the watch returned to Australia before Creation Watches would sent it back to us. We have had the watch back for 5 months and now it isn't working again and if we want it fixed we have to pay AGAIN to have it sent back to Singapore and Vanya says
    Please send the watch back to us for repair we will use another
    service center for repair this time.

    Why would we bother for it to work for maybe 7 months next time!!! I would NEVER EVER recommend this company to anyone - very very disappointed. Wasted our money - steer clear!!!

    @hoffca We always try to give best service to our customers, we regret for inconvenience caused.
