I decided to take advantage of their customization option and design my own ring. It was a blast keeping it a secret from my girlfriend, who had no idea I was even considering proposing. The process was simple and straightforward, and the end result was stunning.

I gotta say, I wasn't too thrilled with the job CubicZirconia did on my grandmother's ring. I forked over a grand for a ring that looks like it came out of a cereal box. It's flimsy and feels like it's made of air. One of the stones even fell out after just half a year. The prongs were way too short. And can you believe they asked for a tip before I even saw the final product? That's just crazy. Save yourself the trouble and cash and go to a real jeweler.

I recently made a purchase from CubicZirconia and unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one. I ordered some loose CZs and after waiting several days, I had not received any shipping notice. I decided to reach out to the company to inquire about the status of my order. To my surprise, I was informed that their website had allowed me to make a purchase for which there was no inventory available. They did provide me with a few options for how to proceed, but they also mentioned that I had been previously informed of this issue - which was not the case.

After considering my options, I decided to wait for their next restock, which they provided me with a date for. However, when that date came and went, my order was still not filled. I was disappointed that they did not provide me with an order status on their own accord, and despite numerous requests for an update, I received none until I requested a refund. Even then, it took several days for any apparent refund activity to take place.

Eventually, I decided to file a complaint with the online payment company I use. The very next day, I received multiple apologies from cubiczirconia.com and was informed that the payment company was processing my refund. While I appreciate the apologies, my experience with cubiczirconia.com was not a positive one and I would rate them 1-star.
