Costco Wholesale Corporation / new policy regarding payment

Supervisor Juan from the Chino Hills location in California was very rude and uncooperative. Did not let us purchase our products because they are now just enforcing a policy that does not allow family members to pay for the membership holders groceries. If Costco is going to start enforcing so called existing policies they should inform their long standing customers. The least management could have done for the inconvenience is let us purchase our groceries so our time would have not been wasted. However he was rude and did not care about our time or the inconvenience he caused. Costco has lost me and my family as loyal customers and I shall not be returning. Especially with staff members like Juan in management positions.
