Just received my credit card statement today, august 28, 2017. there is a $44.99 charge for which I have no idea what it is for. the charge reads as follows:
post date: 08/11... trans date: 08/10... ref #: 1098...
Transaction description: cbi*avira... [protected] il... amount $44.99
My bank said in order to get a refund and to avoid more charges I had to contact the charging company. the telephone number (above) had a recording stating this web site was where I needed to go for a cancellation of the charge, plus to obtain a refund.

Please refund the money($59.99) I never authorized the withdrawal of those funds. I am a disabled Vet and I don"t make enough to allow this. Please reply ASAP.
please refund the two charges of 87.08 each. a sum of $174.16 to my bank of America account immediately. the first withdrawal was on 09/25/2017 and the second withdrawal on 10/06/2017 .
