Chumba Casino / VGW Holdings / my cash out

I have been trying to cash out money from chumba. I requested a cashout for $1000.00. I went through the whole verification process. I received an e-mail stating that my account had been verified. The next e-mail I got stated that my cashout had been authorized and processed. Money never went in my account. I questioned this through email. They replied that my bank rejected my cash out. I spoke with my bank manager, she told me that they never sent a deposit and they also do NOT reject deposits.I received another e-mail from Chumba stating that they can't verify my account???? I sent them all of my documentation again. What can I do???? Please help me. Thank you

    The exact same thing is happening to me. I have been trying to cashout $100 since June 28th and the last excuse i received just this morning that they need a personal bank account. I sent them direct deposit forms with all my information about 8 times, my payroll get deposited into my account. They refuse to use PayPal again but i nevee had a problem when they did
