Carrefourrefusal to issue loyalty coupon for past purchases

Carrefour offers a Loyalty Program which reimburses a percentage of the total amounts spent in any of their stores when using your loyalty card. I am due about 100 Euros in coupons since the start of 2014 and have received nothing. Instead my online account states that I have accumulated a saving of 1.30 euros! An online complaint on the company website has not produced any acknowledgment of my communication, let alone any resolution of the complaint. I have learned from a store employee that I am not alone because customers have been complaining to him about this same problem for months. Carrefour makes commercial promises to lure customers and then breaks the contract and keeps all funds as profit. Carrefour is a global company and should be ashamed to treat customers with such outright dishonesty. Carrefour needs to be "named and shamed."

    I have had a card for many years and two days ago I asked the lady at the reception counter why the money off the item was not given to me ...I was told I would recieived a cheque in the post for money saved on my loyalty card ..
    I have never ever received a cheque and will now use Lerclerc and forget Carrefour ..
    Thank you for nothing ...I will also be writing reviews on this ...
    Could it be bad reviews ...absolutely ...
