I ordered 2 prints with frames and had them delivered as a gift. They arrived without frames. I called the phone number and they told me I had to submit a email with photos of what I received. I have done this 3 times and still not response from the company. I have called everyday and either get put on hold so long I cannot stay on hold any longer or get a representative that tells me nothing more than I have to submit a email with a photo of what I have received and ask for a replacement. Absolutely frustrated at this point and not sure what to do to get what I ordered.
