I ordered 2 magic cups for a Christmas present. First, when receiving the box, I could hear it was all broken into pieces. Not even magic cups, just normal white ones. I took pictures and sent an email immediately as they instruct on their phone message. Called everyday since I received the wrong damaged product. Always a message saying to email them and they will respond within 24 hours...nothing! Then I received the canvas. Wrong size ! Blurry! The back where it was stapled, it looks like a monkey did it! Very unprofessional! I want a complete refund plus shipping cost!
CanvasOnSale - sending me the wrong print
On October 24th I used Groupon to submit an order for a print. I had it sent to a family member's address in the U.S. as it cost way too much to ship to my house in Canada. I just received the print but it turns out it is not the picture I submitted. Not only have I never seen this picture before, they sent me two copies. I was hoping to give the picture I submitted as a Christmas gift but am unable to now . I have tried numerous times to contact them by phone but it goes right to voicemail and says there is a high volume of calls (probably all due to complaints) and to try back later and the line goes dead. I have sent an email but have yet to hear back from anyone.
I want this print sent to me as soon as possible and you need the shipping to be paid by the company as I refuse to do so given your error.
I will never use this company again and will never recommend it to anyone ever.
