CanvasOnSale

I ordered a metal picture for my family. I ordered 5 of them and have received 4. The others all came at the same time. I still have not received one of them and says it was delivered on the 8th. However, it was not delivered. All others came by UPS and this was says it was by the post office. I have called for five days and no answer at all just an on hold music until finally a lady with broken English says they have a high volume of calls and to go to the web. Once in the web it only says to go to info@canvasonsale.com. There is no real email address and no help. I want my picture and I still have one more groupon for their site to get one more but if this is not resolved I will not be recommending them or purchasing from them again. I have attached my receipt and also the picture in question that I am missing.
