several weeks ago I purchased a new tablet for my wife and also one for myself. the one for my wife, I got the game transferred fine. mine I never got to work, I lost the game. I contacted you and explained the problem but really got no help. I was then on level 726 and game was still working on old tablet. I did advance to level 727 and then lost the game on that tablet. I then quit playing candy crush.

the sad thing is the hundreds of dollars I spend buying bars and etc... it looks like someone with google/king would have helped so I would continue spending money with your companies.

I really enjoyed playing candy crush but I will not start over.

    I love Soda Crush and have bought a lot of 5 extra tries. I’ve noticed for several weeks I am only getting 3 extra tries. Is this accurate, if so, I never received notice. If it is not, I would expect you to give me either a monetary refund, or many extra tries for the future. Thank you!
