Calvin Kleinpoor customer service

I bought a bag 2 weeks ago and it was broken. I tried to return it and received an extremely poor customer service. In fact the bag was defective but the dales associate did not want to refund it. She was asking so many uncomfortable questions.As a preferred customer, I was very disappointed because I believe Calvin Klein stands by its products but now I don't think I want to buy anything with this company anymore.
