I placed the above order number on 26.11.23 and received email confirmation that it had been placed. The money was taken from my account the same day. However, the order has disappeared from my order history on your website and I have had no further email correspondence regarding it since. I sent an email on your website on 30.11.23 and was told you would respond within 48hrs. I sent another email on 2.12.23 and I have still received no response and its now 4.12.23. Please can you advise what is going on as soon as possible? Thank you
