So, I got this shirt from Qwertee and it was not looking good. The letters on it were all faded and it was a real bummer. I tried to get a new one, but they said no way. I mean, come on, I paid good money for this thing and it should be top-notch quality, right? I don't think I'll be buying from them again, that's for sure. It's a shame, because I really liked the design, but what can you do?

However, the order has disappeared from my order history on your website and I have had no further email correspondence regarding it since. I sent an email on your website on 30.11.23 and was told you would respond within 48hrs. I sent another email on 2.12.23 and I have still received no response and its now 4.12.23.
