Burger King my order, I got the wrong order.

I did not realize that I had gotten the wrong order until I got to my home taking my clothes off and got comfortable realized I had the wrong order. so I took it back to the Burger King that's in St. Joseph Missouri on North belt Hwy 64506, The manager was then argumentative with me about my order and after him we had a few disagreements the crew fixed my order and the whole time I could hear them talking complaining about me coming there to bring the food. she then starred at me and sized me up . then she slammed the window in my face and I drove off and called corporate.

Burger King being verbally assaulted in the drive thru.

On 9/16/2018, I pulled up to the drive thru and asked if I can have a moment. The drive thru attendant said she can give me one minute. I was startled by the comment, therefore I went ahead and hurried my order. After 12-13 minutes in the drive thru I told her... If you are going to limit me to one minute, you should show the same courtesy and provide timely service. She responded that there were only two people working, she was frustrated and visibly upset. I asked her name. She was rolling her eyes and walked away from the window. She returned to the window and repeated the total. I gave her my money. When she gave me my change, she handed it to me quickly as if she was trying to avoid me. She walked away again and ignored me as I told her she dropped some of my change. She returned with my food. I told her she dropped my change, she retrieved a dime from the register and handed it to me, she was irritated. I said... My God as I proceeded to drive off. She said Ghetto [censored]! I hit my brakes in shock. The three children with me we're in shock. One said... Mrs. Lisa, did you hear what she said? I responded... yes and drove off. I called the store and Burger King headquarters the following day. I have not heard back from anyone and it has been a week today. I will never spend money at Burger King and have encouraged others to do the same.

Burger King customer service

Stopped at burger king in shenandoah, va this evening, they were not busy at all we were the only ones in line, they of course like always are sold out of what we wanted we then waited 5mins for them to take our order. They had us pull forward to wait for our food, WE WAITED 20MINS and had to go in after it! Horrible service something needs to be done. I always choose bk over mcdonalds but after this episode i see why others say this location is so terrible!

Burger King worst service

This is in reference to burger king located at
890 N Main St, Alpharetta, GA 30009

Went there to get a grilled chicken sandwich for my son and french fries. Let them know a few times at front counter that wanted lettuce only. They said they got it. After about 15 minutes they gave me the wrong sandwich and didn't even apologize along with cold fries. Waited another 10 minutes finally got my sandwich but no fries. Let the manager know the fries were cold. She said they weren't. This burger wasn't crowded only one person in dining room. They were rude non apologetic and spoke in spanish. This is by far the worst burger king that I have ever been to.

Burger King sausage, egg, cheese croissant

My croissant only had a small piece of egg on my sandwich . Who make this sandwich like this no pride in their job. The owner and workers need to made aware of this and show them the picture I have attached. There is nothing more aggravating then getting home or to work and seeing this when you get ready to eat. Talk about putting someone in a bad mood. People work hard for their money .

Burger King services

i ordered two whoppers and two cheese burgers to go after waiting 15 min they told me that they were out of whoppers i ask to just cancel my order and the manager said name was Dakota took my receipt and refunded me for the whoppers said she could only refund me for the whoppers not the cheese burgers three others bring food back for not being right while i waited five more mins for cheese burgers i didn't even want after waiting all that time and wouldn't give me my receipt for two burgers i was being polite and for a manager to be that rude doesn't need to be managing anything this all took place in Lenoir n.c. on Sunday 09/23/2018 7:30 pm

Burger King taking too long to get what we ordered?

We arrived at Burger King # 7377 on 23 Sept. 2018 and ordered with a coupon for 2 chicken Jrs, 1 SM fry, 1 SM Coke, We watched the employee's making hamburger's and cheese burger's. But our order never came up after waiting 12 minutes and several customers behind us getting their meal's my wife asked the shift manager when would we get our meal and she said we can only process the food as fast as our help is capable? We asked for our money back, while we were waiting for our money back. one of the employees asked what sauce someone wanted but none of the sauce bottles were marked so they could not tell what was in the bottles. This appears to be lack of management from the store owner down to the shift manager. We suggest the store close for one day for employee training?

Burger King double cheeseburger to go

After making a purchase at the Auburn, Maine Burger King near WALMART, we arrived home to find a VERY poorly put together sandwich. It was flattened on one side, and one side of the bread was only HALF on the other side. The rest of the order was good, in great shape, and tasted fine... We ended up throwing the sandwich away. The order was placed on 9/23/2018 at 11:30 A.M. Our travel distance to the store was is nearly 20 miles, so needless to say, we were not going to turn around. Quality has never been an issue before, so we were dis-appointed. We trust that this will not be a re-occurring issue, and you will do what you feel is right.

Burger King overcharging

On Friday, September 21, I stopped at Burger King at 4900 Skyland Boulevard, in the afternoon. I had a coupon for "buy one Whopper Sandwhich, get one free". The cashier at the drive-thru asked me the coupon number, which I gave her. When I pulled up to the window to pay, she told me that the charge was $11.43. I have been a BK customer for a long time, so I questioned that and reminded her that I had a coupon for "Buy one Whopper Sandwhich, get one free". I questioned whether that was for Sandwhich only, she said that it was. "In that case, I would like to change my order. I have a coupon for "But a Whopper Meal, get a Whopper Meal for $8.99". At that point she called another employee to change the order in the register. I questioned him about the price, he said it was correct. I said that that made no sense at all, he replied that it was BK way. I checked on line, and the price of a Whopper is listed at $4.19. I don't know if this is a regular occurrence, a mistake, or a scam. Someone should check it out. By the way, this BK was at the above address, in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

Burger King food quality

Prescott Valley, AZ location September 22, 2018
2 for $10 special Ordered the chicken tenders and the chicken fillet sandwich with fries and a drink for each person. Aside from the fries were lukewarm, the advertised picture presented on tv and the poster ads of both the chicken meals did NOT represent what was received by a long shot. The chicken tenders were overcooked and clearly not as pictured (short and fat and tough). The sandwich chicken pattie was much smaller than the depicted advertisement, so much so the bun was bigger than the pattie which you could not see unless you removed the bun. I believe false advertising is the result of my experience and no doubt many other people. I don't know if this issue is one location only or if it is widespread, but I hope for your corporation's sake it is limited to just one. As I have read your history, this kind of misrepresentation of your product clearly will keep you from ever competing for an opportunity to be number one.
I will say that the children employees at the counter were courteous and respectful. The employees can only work with what they are given and I believe that your corporation has deprived them of providing the very products you advertise.
Step up Burger King CEO and all the big wigs and stand behind your products and service and provide each location with the absolute accurate size and quality of the products you advertise. You can only be bailed out by other companies for so long. Eventually, the public will cease to tolerate the inconsistency of your products and will dine elsewhere. There is clearly plenty of competition, so why test your fate?
Bring back the integrity of the Whopper, fries and all the new editions to the glory of prior times and put the competitors to shame. If you truly want to be number one, you have to really want it not just whine about not being number one.

Burger King the hambers

I went to the Burger King at 1610 VFW Parkway MA on 9/22/2018 at 9pm and order 3 hamburgers with pickles, tomatoes, jalapeno peppers and 2 spicy chicken jr with jalapeno peppers. Person taking my order gave me 3 hamburgers with onions and tomatoes. When I went back to get my order fixed she starts arguing about my order tell that that's what I order. When in fact that it wasn't what I ordered. Because I'm allergic to onions. She proceed to fix the order but just take the onion off the Burger instead of making a new order. So if someone has food allergies. You still give them the same food that had the item that makes the customer sick? I just left and let them have the Burgers. Apparently Burger king employees at this location don't care about the customers health.

Burger King poor service

I had order a family Bundle meal. The young guy that was at the register was taking orders and not packing food. The manager told him he needed to help out with packing food so when I got my food and went home only to notice I was missing 2 cheese burgers. And instead of giving me 2 whoppers I got 1 whopper and one jalapeño king sandwich 4 French fries and 4 sodas and no cheese burgers! This young doesn't even look to see what he is grabbing to put in the bags! This was at the Burger King on 4555 West Forest Home Avenue Milwaukee Wisconsin.

I recently went to Burger King Store # 1224 located at 1450 West Broad St Columbus, OH. I used my receipt to do the survey. I asked for someone to contact me. This was on Friday. To date no one has contacted me.
This is not the first time I have had a problem with this location. The last time was about 3 months ago. I thought I would give them another chance. I went through the drive thru and asked for the Bacon Cheese Spicy Chicken combo. I also asked for no salt fries. I received my iced tea and was told to pull forward due to fries being dropped. I waited 10 minutes then went inside. Several people were waiting for their food. I was told then that they were waiting on chicken. Standing there, several other people were complaining about waiting also. The chicken came up and they proceeded to make my sandwich. I asked the manager for the area manager's name and phone number and she refused. Said they were not allowed to. I know the area managers of restaurants are supposed to be accessible to their stores customers. However then I had to wait on the fries. Once I got to my vehicle and drove the 2 minutes to my office, my chicken was then cold. Also it was regular chicken not spicy. I am hoping that I will receive a phone call tomorrow.

Burger King your establishment

I am so upset. We show up and she says cash only so we say ok. Give her the order and we have to repeat the entire thing when we get to the window. She's incompetent and we couldn't even understand her cause she spoke weird and stunk so bad. What happened to cleanliness and etiquette. On top of that I ask for a receipt and she says she can't print it then I ask for the manager and she says it's her. She's [censored]ing not alk there why would you hire Liz to represent your company. Makes us park in front of building although no one was there while we showed up or even after we parked. 10min later she brings out the bags all the while on her cell phone. So unprofessional and I'll let everyone know how you you your business. It's disgusting and no wonder it was dead.. it's gross. I work in food service and will find a way to report this place ..a waste of money and time. Why would you hire people who have dirty clothes and can't shower. Disgusting establishment.

Burger King the employees

Group of friends were in the lobby after it closed because we were not aware what time it closed. At 11:26 one of the employees very rudely told us that she was trying to be polite by letting us stay late but the lobby has been closed for 26 minutes so we need to exit now. We had not been rude in any way and had all bought food so we were not loitering. The rudeness from the employee was completely uncalled for.

You do realize that they want to go home right? It doesn't sound rude, it sounds like she allowed you to stay much longer than the allowed time, and was asking you to move along. Just because you aren't allowed to do what you want, it doesn't mean she was rude. Technically, you WERE loitering if you were hanging around inside the establishment after it had closed. It also means you had been there for well over 30 minutes since they close at 11, and you must have purchased your meals earlier than that.

Burger King service

This is the third time I have had my order wrong.
The first time was at less two weeks ago. I gave the girl a $5 coupon she charged me over $8 for something I did not order.
Sunday the 16 th I gave the girl a $3 coupon for a 10 peace chicken nuggets I was given two hamburgers and two fries.
This evening I stopped and ordered two cheeseburgers and was only given one. I was tried after working all day got off and had to take my son to get a fitting for his leg. He is a amputee. As to say I work from 6am till 2:30 pm . Did not get home until 6:15 this evening. Now I have to find something else for my husband to eat.
I will be awhile before I go back to Burger King.

Burger King double bacon smokehouse burger

I was at your McDonald's restaurant ( #6839 ) in Brighton, MA today. I got my food ( the Double Bacon Smokehouse burger with the free medium fries/drink promo that McDonald's is running ) and left (to go order). The fries were good as the were fresh and hot, but the disappointment came when I opened the box for the burger and it looked like it had been just thrown in and the box closed (see attached photo). I have also attached a photo of my receipt. I usually have no issues with my orders as I have been there multiple times. Today was just flat out disappointing.

Burger King service

I live in Highland, Indiana and frequent the Burger King located at 1801 W 45th Street in Griffith, IN. Today I went to order food after a very long day at work and when I pulled up to the drive through, they told me that they were closed. The time was 10:54 pm, and your website says you're open until 12:00 am. Either your information is incorrect, or your employees decided to lie so they wouldn't have to serve us. Either way, this behavior is extremely unprofessional and I don't think I will be returning to that location anymore.

Burger King service

I placed my order for sausage egg
Cheese crousinwich. The only potatoes they had were fries. I waited a long time and then was just handed a wrapped sandwich. I had to ask for a bag! By this time I just wanted to get out of there.
I got a coke, no lids and no straws!
What a joke. I didn't realize that I didn't even get the fries until after I got home.

Burger King employee

Hi, my name is Lakesha. My son applied for a job at Burger King, the hiring manager told him to come in for a interview. The interview was cancelled due to the recent hurricane. My son has been trying to follow up but every time he calls or visits the store a employee is constantly being rude to him and will not allow him to speak with a manager. My son and this employee have worked together before at another restaurant and according to my son she doesn't like him and gave him a hard time there as well. I think this is wrong. How can she discriminate against others. She is not the manager.

Burger King drive through

On 9/20/18 @ 7:00 am I drove through Burger King drive through in Orono, Maine and waited at least 5 minutes for someone to say can I take your order and I kept saying hello hello is there anybody working but no one answered me, so I proceeded to go into burger king myself and I asked if there was anything wrong with the drive through window cause I waited 5 minutes and no one took my order. The lady that waited on me said that she didn't know why she couldn't hear me. Well I know why is because she was talking to other associates and not paying attention. Sorry but thats how I see it. When she waited on me at the counter she never said sorry or anything just took my order and off I went. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL IN MY EYES. I use to be a manager of a local retail dept store for 9 years and in all of my years as a manager I have never been treated or treated anybody like this in my life. I'm not out to get a free sandwich or anything else but she didn't even offer it to me for the trouble I went through. The offer would of been nice!
