Burger King not treated good at all

Hi my name is judy im disable I went to burger king resturant on friday I brought lunch for me and my son and a friend and the cashier rang in the wrong amount and she clear it then charge my card again so I didnt think about it until I got home so then call the resturant and the manager I talk that night didnt know what to do so she said she would ck into it would call me bk so I stay up waiting for the call so saturday morning I call I was talking to one woman then another woman came online didnt tell her name but she was very rude she claims that she didnt see a charge for what I told her so I look at my bank statement they let it go thru so I need to talk district manager for this store its on main st in oshkosh I would like to talk to him personal tell him how I felt very miss treated the whole time not one of the manager said they were sorry that this happen, , , so please have the district manager of this store call me please or leave a message on phone I have answer machine... Very upset customer

Burger King why fast food chains do not offer single low sodium/salt item?

I have heart problems. With exercise and proper diet, I am doing fine. However, when we travel we can get nosalt/low sodium entrees at the good restaurants (particularly Fish and salads). But it is impossible to get any low sodium item in fast food restaurants such as BK, MacD, Wendy's, etc. How can contact these people to start a movement to have AT LEAST ONE NON-BEEF LOW SODIUM ITEM ON THEIR MENU?

Burger King accuracy of orders, speed of service, and cleanliness of employees

1. ) accuracy of orders
I really love burger king food... When it is correct. I usually order a whopper with cheese, with ketchup and mayo only. The last several times in a row when I have ordered this from the burger king in vincennes, indiana, I have not received what I wanted.

I usually order from the drive-thru, so I don't want to hold up the line by opening up the bag of food, opening up the sandwhich, and examining it. I would want to think that I am getting what appears on the screen when I order.

Also, one evening after work, I stopped to pick up a tendercrisp value meal for a friend. I got a strawberry shake (Very similar sounding words?) , and when I returned it, I was told to pull forward, and it would be delivered to me in about 5.5 minutes. 15 minutes later, I had to park the car and go in to find out where my food was. After waiting for several more minutes for someone to come to the counter, I asked them for my order, and the employee said, "oh, you're still waiting on that? I thought we brought it out to you. " the girl who had taken the order at the drive thru looked at me and said, "oh, no, " like she forgot to put my order in at all.

Today, at the washington, indiana, burger king, I ordered my usual meal, and I received an incorrect sandwhich once again. The smell of it made me so sick I couldn't eat it once I took off all the additional, unwanted toppings.

2. ) speed of service
I can expect at least a 10 minute or longer wait every time I go to the burger king in vincennes. I can be the only one in the line, and somehow, it still takes that long. When I get the food, it is not hot, so they cannot say the wait was for the food to cook.

3. ) cleanliness of employees
When a cook takes off his hat, scratches his head, little flakes fly out everywhere, and he then resumes his job, you have to wonder what gets into the food.

I can go to a sit-down, mexican restaurant, order from people who do not speak english well, and get a better tasting/correct order in less time than at burger king, a fast-food restaurant, where the people who take my orders speak perfect english! Don't expect any more of my business, burger king. I've wasted enough money.

Burger King food poisoning

On Thursday October 22, 2009 I was admitted to the Beaver, Utah Hospital Emergency room and treated for food posoning, the result of eating two Spicy Chick N Crisp sandwiches purchased at the Salina, UT Burger King. Fortunately my wife had purchased only french fries and called 911 requesting an ambulance when I became deathy ill.
My wife and I were enroute from our home in Colorado Springs, CO to Las Vegas, NV, and have now just returned from said trip.
The emergency room doctor stated that I exhibited the classic synptoms of food poisoning, to include the time enroute from Salina to becoming seriously ill near Beaver, Ut.
I have the purchase receipt date stamped Thu Oct 22 01:45 PM T=01L I=L C=113

Although it's been five years since you made this post, I feel I must reply. Google Maps says it takes 80 minutes to drive from Salina to Beaver. That is nowhere near enough time for food poisoning to develop.

This is a common misconception. Food poisoning usually takes six to twelve hours (or more) to show symptoms. People often eat dinner and then have symptoms a couple of hours later, and they blame their dinner. In fact, it was more likely their lunch or even breakfast. When you consume harmful bacteria, they first have to survive the trip through your stomach acid (no easy feat). Then they end up in your intestines, and there they have to reproduce enough times to make you sick. This is not a fast process...there's no way this could happen in under two hours.

The doctor in the ER in Beaver has shown why he works in an ER in Beaver...he doesn't know what he's talking about.

Burger King poor service/rude employees

Sunday 25/10/09 I took my fiance and 3 daughters to the seaside for a drive, at around tea time we took the girls, aged 8 and 7 years, and 3weeks old, to the burgerking fast food outlet on the sea front, the 2 older girls had kids meals to which we sat down to eat, I returned to the counter a little later as my 3 week old daughter had woken up needing a feed, I asked the woman behind the counter if it was possible for her to warm the baby's bottle up for me, to which she refused in a very sharp and uncourteous way to do, I then requested for a second time if she could supply me with a cup of warm water so I could warm my daughters feed up, to which the refusal came in the very same way. I find it absolutely disgusting that we had purchased food from this takeaway to eat in but was refused point blank to get a baby's bottle warmed up, eventually, we got up and left, went next door to a shop that sells seaside gifts and the lady there very graciously warmed the feed up for me. Why couldnt burgerking have done this when other establishments provide this service? Including mcdonalds! I find it disgusting that such a large company would not provide such a basic and public needed service. Mr steven rees, rhondda valley, south wales.

Burger King service/incomplete order

Today I went to a burger king at least 20 miles away from my house. My son had a football game in that area and afterwards we went to Burger King to eat. I placed my order from the drive-thru window and I ordered 2 hershey's pies for my kids. I got about 10 minutes down the road and realized that my pies were not in my bag. I tried to call to this burger king store 7 times before i was actually able to speak to someone. They told me that i needed to come back to that particular store and redeem my pies. I asked the person who i spoke to the phone if they could call the BK restaurant closer to my house and arrange for me to get my pies there. He informed me he couldn't (without even checking) and they were part of a different franchise or something. He told me that I needed to come back to that particular restaurant to get my pies. I went to the BK restaurant near my house and they basically told me the same thing. I am still not satisfied with the service I received. My complaint is: My pies were $2.78. It would have cost me more in gas to go back to that restaurant than to just pick up my pies at the BK restaurant that is 2 minutes from my house. The lack of customer service that I had, it was unacceptable. Had these two restaurants been communicating with each other I could have possibly received my pies and been a satisfied customer. I am quite sure that it would not have hurt these two stores financially to have given me two pies, I had already paid at another restaurant!

Sorry but I have to agree with the way BK handled it. Every BK is owned and operated by different people so how is the BK closer to your house going to get their 6 bucks back and why should they go out of their way to reimburse you for something that had nothing to do with them.
Lesson learned...always check your bags before you leave.

Burger King coupon

I used a coupon for buy a Whopper get a free Whopper. I used it on a value meal, and they charged it as a single. So they got me on the soda and fries. A value meal is $5.39 plus 80 cents to make it a large. The way they did it they charged me extra on fries and soda. I explained that I always bought the value meal and got the free Whopper. It really not the money as much as the treatment I received.

If you read the terms and conditions, it clearly specifies a whopper sandwich, you can't use it against a meal as offers cannot be used in conjunction with each other.

Burger King harassment by manager.

I'm working with my Daughter to file a complaint based on the information given. At this time my Daughter is working at the Burger King located at 3500 Poole Road Raleigh, NC 27610.

My Daughter called me today 10/05/09 to give me the information on what was said by her Manager.

1. Was ask by her Manager if she was Slow & Dumb.

2. Was told by the Manager, that's he didn't like hiring Blacks.

3. My Daughter asked for a work schedule, and was told by her Manager he did not have to give her a Schedule, and at the present time she's working without a Schedule.

4. My Daughter was told by her Manager she was not special, and that she would have to call daily to see when she's scheduled to work.

5.At the present time the Manager is calling my Daughter out by using words, Home Girl do this and my Daughter has requested for the Manager to call her by her Birth given name. My Daughter started working August 28, 2009
and at this time still having problem with the Manager.

The Manager at this location is Mr. Andrew Moses.

Burger King service

First and foremost I must say that the whopper has the big mac faded but the service on 69th and halsted is so bad that I rather get a pork chop before I order from there again. Mr. Cobbs I don't eat pork sir! I odered a grillled chicken salad at 1537 from operator 5 the salad wasn't ready. I had to leave to pick someone up. I got back there at about 430 or 1630 and the chicken was marinating or something it was not ready sir. A young man was waiting or his food for over 15 minutes and he asked the same lady from drive thru operator 5? Can he get his food and her reply was im getting off I don't care about your food. Mr. Cobbs you have majority females there but its hard to tell. There is young lady there who stands 6 feet plus but her pants was under her # sorry for the word # but that is all I saw. This burger king is more like burger prince or duke sir. It is the only burger king in that area and we need it we just dont need the poor service in a po community

I have lived in the area all of my life and have never had such terrible service at a fast food drive through. I waited 15 mintes in line, my entire order was messed up. I did not recieve three different items, and the food that was recieved was cold and soggy. It was a huge inconvienience with two hungry children in the backseat. Burger king has always been a favorite but if the service and food is going to continue like that I am not sure if I want to return.

WE WENT IN TO THIS BURGER KING ON SUNDAY APRIL 6, 2008 AND WHEN WE WALKED IN THE MANAGER AND ONE OF THE OTHER EMPLOYEES WERE KISSING EACH OTHER AND THEY WERE RUBBING EACH OTHERS BACK AND THEY DIDN'T ACT LIKE IT MATTER THAT WE WERE STANDING THERE AND I HAD MY SON WITH ME. SO I WAS VERY UPSET AND WE LEFT.

I will not be going back burger king first off i have a terrible two yr old that does nothing but throw fits and when i went thru the drive thru first they forgot the fries no big deal so i left again heading down the road turned back around cause there was no chesse on the jr whopper which i probly could have dealt with that but everything was cold. we all expect their fries to be that way cause every time i have ever order they have never been hot but the burger come on so now i walk inside mind you i have a terrible two that cries about everything tell them there is no cheese and its cold. i over hear the cashier telling the cook in the back and you can hear them plain as day saying What can i do about that and going on about it. If you dont want to do customer service my first advice would be find another job. aftering waiting ten minutes and me being the only customer in there they hand be back the same cold fries but with a whopper sandwich which when i had got to the car (with my crying two yr old) the cook put onions and pickles on it which if he would have read the recipt tape to the front of the bag i didnt want that on my sandwich.i just threw it away which says alot to me since i hadnt ate all day and it was 230 pm. I am not a complaniner by no means but this took the cake and i will not be returning. Have it your way my ###!

i went for breakfast on saturday the 20th of sept 2008. there were a group of young men working. when i walked in i was greeted by a " whats up dude" as i waited for my food i heard very bad language and a employee mad a discusting snort sound. i looked at him and he spit in the garbage next to the food. this made me sick just thought you should know

I went to get a burger at this particular location, and when i stepped up to the counter i noticed that we were being served by 2 children no older than 11 or 12! we had tried their drive thru first but no one would answer it. Needless to say, i will no longer go to a store where children are employed!

The service is almost none on the week end!
This past sunday we went to buger king to eat at
about 1:30 or 2:00 oclock walked in to order & the shift manageralong with other emploies was behind the counter NO ONE Spoke to us WE waited
for about 10 minites still no one hadoffered to take our order or spoke to us ! WE went to McDonalds

Love Burger King, Felix at store 4493, needs to be told no bad words to paying guests, Your way is not so at burger kind according to felix. Says no more visits for me? I have to say that the one thing good about this place is their fries! However every time I go to the site in Auburn, New York I have to pull around front and wait! Sometimes I'm waiting for 10 minutes! I can be in a line and only have a small $ 6.00 purchase or larger when people behind me and in front of me are serviced and leave right from the line. The last 15 times I've been to this place and mind you all at different times of the day and night I have to wait! I last stoppped at this place at 9pm Thursday March 19, 2009 and ordered three Jr. Whoppers and large fries and had to wait! I mainly wait and have the patience with these people but I've had it and when I got out of a funeral after 5 hours the last thing I wanted to do is wait! Michelle is the night manager and has no excuse for this! I'd like something done about this! To top that all off they didn't have any buns for my burgers and had to saw in half their club buns and that's what I paid for?! You got to be kidding me! Where is the customer service now a days? Do I not count as a customer or what? Is my money not the same as everyone elses? You can't get anything done about this even when you demand to talk to a manager! You get the most unapologetic apology with a smirk on their face! I'm so disappointed with Burger King there are not words for my feelings of disgust! Who can I speak with about this and how can I get it fixed so noone else has to have this experience with them? Sincerely upset and disgusted resident

The total atmosphere of this establishment has changed dramatically! Used to be a family oriented style place with a lot of "sit-downs" of Moms, Dads, kids, fun, laughter... no longer. Now the ambiance is more reminiscent of Pedro's Cantina than family. Still considerable "foot" and drive-in activity but 80% of the staff is Hispanic and one has to listen carefully (and speak slowly) to be understood in English. Plus, the language exchange is not something you would want a six year old to hear.

Food is fair but do not order a chocolate shake because they take a while and are inconsistent from shake to shake.

I went to Burger King To get a burger for my daughter. I stood ing line 10 minutes before my order was taken, then another 10 to 15 minutes waiting on the food. When I left all orders had been taken, but there were people lined all way down to the back of the building waiting on food. That has got to be the worse service in that area ...after all...it is fast food. Nothing fast there...I will not be going back anytimne soon or recomend for anyone else to either.

Burger King lack of service

Dear Customer Service

On a recent vacation trip from North Carolina, we decided to stop in Manning SC for lunch. As small towns goes, we didn't think we would have much of a choice, but to our surprise there were a variety of restaurants, like Wendy, KFC, McDonalds and of course Burger King. My wife and I both enjoy the "Whoppers".so we stopped.

Upon entering the restaurant around 1:45 PM on a Tuesday the 9th of September, we stepped up to the counter to place our order. The place had about 15 folks eating at the tables. We proceeded to order our lunch from the two persons that had been standing at the cash register. We waited, and we waited and we waited and not any of those two people said a word or even acknowledged that we were standing in front of them.

They were playing "Banker" and counting the change from their cash drawer. I am a very patient person and did not say a word until which time had elapsed to about 5 minutes with not even a word from those two individuals who are supposed to be working the order counter. Finally, I another fellow came in the store behind us and not a word was uttered. Finally I had enough and asked for her name, Laura Johnson, who didn't say a word I also asked if there was a manager on staff so I could discuss the Lack of "customer service" and just plain lack of common courtesy, especially in a food establishment where the stores are all competing for our business.

I want to submit to you that I don't believe all BK are operated like the one in Manning SC, I trust that you could investigate this matter, and get back to me on your findings.

I am not looking for anything, but I would like advise you of the happenings at that store. I have attached the receipt with the time and store number for your investigative file.

Incidentally, I am employed with a company in Atlanta GA that practices "Customer Service" and we deliver. without any doubt. We know customers are the people that make the business profitable.

I belive Burger King, should know of these incidents, especially where "Our goal is your satisfication" is your motto

Burger King advertisement billboard

Burger king has a billboard on n. Vermilion st.In danville, illinois. It says 2 crosiant egg and sausage sandwiches 2 for 3 dollars. When you go thru drive up they say it is no longer available. It has been there at least a month. Checked again today and it is still there. Same answer. I thought by law they had to honor the ad. They say they do not. The burger king is on newell road in danville, illinois.

Burger King misleading advertising

I live two blocks away from this paricular Burger King resturaunt and often fall prey to the commercials that advertise full, juicy, beefy, fame-broiled burgers that would satisfy even the largest of appetites. I visit this resturaunt maybe once a month so whenever I receive a breakfast burrito that fits in the palm of my hand I don't complain because it was on the 99 cent menu. As a consumer, I am understanding and won't run and lodge a comlaint everytime my product, (especially fast food), doesn't look exactly like the advertised picture. So when I was especially hungry one night with my girlfriend we saw a Burger King commercial and decided to go. It was a Sunday night around 11; we pulled up to the drive-thru and ordered a Whopper Junior meal and a Double Stacker meal totalling $11. The stacker seemed like a huge sandwich in the picture with bacon, cheese, and two huge patties. When we got it, it was like two pieces of bread with barely any trace of meat. The order screen is completely deceptive and I feel ripped off. I will never go to Burger King again because of this experience.

Burger King the store

Went in on last friday 9-18-09 during lunch my mistake. There were 5 guys and all i heard was swearing and no food was beinig served. I orderd a #9 wich was chicken and got it large size. The chicken was crappy and the fries were stale. The chicken taseted like it was there for a while and it was mushy and really flimsy. the fires had no taste to them and were hard as a brick.

Then i deside to use the restroom and that was a adventure in its own. You know the sign on the back of the doors that show when the restroom was cleaned? it was marked for the hour i was there but the bathroom smelt like a nasty out house. I puked a little in my mouth and walked out and left my food on the table. DO NOT GO THERE.

I wonder why I pay different price at Burger King.

I order same food in diferent place but I paid diferent amount so, I check the price I was get charged for my drink if come with meal. (Burger King at Clarion, PA downtown)

In the next days I went to diferent place near my house and try to order same meal the price show for drink but the price not add up to my meal and I pay it cheaper (Bruger King at Butler, PA)

be carefull when you order meal in Burker King.

Burger King bad experience

It was POURING down rain when I visited. I ordered a double cheeseburger and onion rings at the sign. Pulled up and paid at first window. Pulled up to second window and they asked "what was your order?" I told them. She said, "pull up to the next window." Before I pulled up I asked for ketchup and the girl looked at me like I was crazy and ignored me. I repeated, "Can i have some ketchup?" and she snarled, "I will put it in the bag". I pulled up and waited and waited. Cars behind me were getting their food and leaving. They brought me my food and I started to pull away while looking in the bag...NO onion rings, they had given me fries. I backed up and no one came to the window so I honked my horn. The snarling girl can to the window and I told her i ordered onion rings and handed her the fries and then I waited and waited. While waiting I noticed that I did not get a receipt and I needed a receipt. She brought me my onion rings and I asked for a receipt. I waited and waited and then she handed me the receipt while snarling at me. I asked to speak to the manager. A young man came to the window that looked all the world like a gang banger. I said, "I will never pull up to the third window again. I have had to open my window six times and look how wet it is inside my car". He smarted back, "we cant control the weather". I started to argue that they could put up a better overhang but knew it was useless to bring that up. I told him, "Ok, forget about the rain thing that is not what my complaint is..." Then he cut me off and said, "you were complaining about the rain and your car being wet, I suggest you come inside next time". I said, "my complaint is about being sent to the third window and being forgotten about, then getting the wrong order...". Then he cut me off again and said "you were complaining about the rain, I don't have time for this i am busy". Then I lost it and yelled, "write your f---ing name on the receipt so I can complain to the manager later". He snatched the receipt out of my hand and disappeared. Then he comes back to the window holding a cell phone to his ear and says, "I am calling the police." We bicker back and forth a few minute with me continuing to ask his name... finally he says "J.D." and I drive off.

I went back to the same store on Ocean View today around 6:00pm, and ordered a Dbl. Angry whopper combo again. This time it was made correctly. I got my food w/in 5 min, it was fresh, correctly proportioned, and i got napkins. And the staff were friendly. As far as I'm concerned, the BK on Ocean View has redeemed itself. I don't hesitate to complain when I'm wronged, but I don't hesitate to praise when it is deserved either.
My issue is resolved.

The Angry Whopper did NOT make me angry today! =P

I walked to this burger king store and ordered a Dbl Angry Whopper w/CH, Onion Rings, and a Coke.
I live across the street from this store. After I got my order I walked back home and began to eat. The onion rings were not fresh. I set them aside and began to unwrap my burger. It was a single, not a double. "Everyone makes mistakes, even though it happens almost every time I order fast food in this area of the city." I walked back to the store and asked them to fix my food. The manager was friendly about it, so I'll give credit where credit is due. He told me to keep the single and bagged my double. When I got home and opened the wrapper, The bun was completely 'CAKED' with mayonaise, no cheese on it, and 2 tiny jalepeno's. I've had Angry Whoppers before, but none of them actually made me angry before. Instead of exahsting myself and walking back to the store to have them fix it a third time, I am going to complain about it here. It's too hot outside, and I'm tired from doing all my errands for the day. I have better things to do then spend all day to try and get a sandwhich made the way it's supposed to.

I went to this store last week and they screwed up my order. They gave me fries when I asked for onion rings. I have the reciepts for both these orders. The order was taken correctly but what I received was totally different, and once I do get what I order, it's not even edible b/c they saturate complainer's with mayonnaise. There goes $7.78 which is what my meal cost (tax included).

I'm tired of piss poor service from food establishments.

Is much worse. If you choose to eat at this location, there is a 100% probability that you'll never get what you originally ordered during pm shift 6-close. (Not one single time going to this store, have I EVER got my order right the first time. And the food is ALWAYS cold. I only get a chance to go to this store in the evening. This is what to expect during the evening at this store: Bad attitudes, bad food, bad everything. Also there is a sign at this store that says open 24 hours, and it's always closed at late night.
When I was growing up, and I worked for places like these, I couldn't get away with the abuse you get from these establishments you do today. No straws or napkins either! I used to get screamed at if I forgot those things before handing the parcel to the customer! I expect the same from them now that I'm older and on the other side of the fence!

I stopped by Burger King on Grand Island, New York. I had 3 children with me. The experience I had I will never forget. There was a friend of the employee there at the counter. The employee and his friend were talking and saying words I won't repeat. The children said, " They said real bad words. " It started with a mother_____. And other words that children should not hear. I will never go into that Burger King again. And the manager didn't say a word to them. How would you feel if this was your family?

I was at my fathers helping him put in a sink and he ran ta get us some thing to eat. when he got back I thought he went to White Castle. The burger was so small and what really got me was the large fry Had 27 fries in it and a bunch of little chip like things and so cold they tast like wax.. GOOD JOB Burger King, , , I will never eat at your so called restaurant ever again.

I was just at at the burger king 10010 S.E stark Portland Oregon 97216. my food was wrong, drink was not diet like i asked and it dribbled down the cup overflowing in my car, on my window and cloths. I went to the drive through because i am at night school and only have 15 min to get dinner and with the last few min left on my brake time i had to clean myself off from sticky "regular coke" while eating my "incorrectly" made burger and repeatedly calling the store to report my order, but of course it was busy the rest of the night. Completely unprofessional.

I had a bad experience at one of your locations, Dempster & Dodge, Evanston, Illinois. I came through the drive - Thru, for lunch. I have completed my order and pay for lunch. When the person working at the window, hit on the counter for me to move my car, I was checking order to see if everything was there. I drove away, and back to work to find that the order was not complete, so I had to turn around and come back to the location. Person working at the window never apologized for her mistake. I will not return to that location for lunch anymore.

Burger King too many immigrants in these positions

There are way too many immigrants that cannot speak or understand english in these jobs. The order takers have very thick accents and cannot be understood over the speaker when driving through the drive-up. Very frustrating to have to repeat your order 3 times to them..only to find out that they messed up the order anyway when you get home.

There is also a lack of courtesy and that comes from the age group these fast food chains hire...they stare at you with almost discontent that you are having to make them work by placing order. And you can bet they won't get it right anyway. I would never go back but my Grandkids are addicted to these places and the crappy toys they brainwash the kids with.

I agree with what you say.
I've worked in many fast food places, and I tried to be as pleasant as possible to the customers.
But most of the managers didn't care, so we didn't have any support.

I find it fascinating that these companies spend BILLIONS of dollars on marketing and advertising, and when it comes down to it, it's the teenagers, non-English speakers, and others who are paid minimum wage and most of them don't care. Some do, but most don't.

Burger King deny a job application because of tatoo

I am making a complaint because my son tried to apply for a job with burgerking. After greeting him the lady taking the application told him that she cannot hire him because he had a tatoo with his name on him. I called Human resource at [protected]. I ask her about the policy and this is what she told me this happen two month ago. I ask her to send this to me or fax this to me . she told me that she can only talk to my son and fax
information to him. I told her as a customer I want this information send to me. I ask her what about the employee which already hired and she told me they are consider grandfather. I don't agree with this and I feel like this is not fair. I feel because he's a young black male she judge him before she taken the time to review his application...

Burger King upsizing

So far I've seen this new marketing strategy at Burger King and Arby's. It's a new marketing technique that they try to make their customers upsize the value meals without them realizing it. Normaly, when you order a value meal you get a medium drink and fries. Now with Arby's and Burger King you get a small drink and fries with your value meal. It's still the same size as the old medium size. When ordering your value meal now, they'll say, " Would you like that small, medium or large?". People are use to saying and wanting medium size. Once you order it medium though, your upsizing it. Yeah, it's not much to the customer to upsize a meal but it's good money to the business and they're doing it in a sleezy sneaky way.

Has anyone else see this before? Do you think it's kinda sneaky the way their doing it?

Burger King bad customer service/bad food

This Burger King is on the corner of Old National Hwy and Godby Rd. in College Park Ga. This is a low income neighborhood where some merchants expect the customers in this area to accept any kind of treatment. I went to this location on September 3rd between 10:30 and 11 am. I stood at the register for 5min. before anyone took my order. They were out of biscuit sandwiches (breakfast) so I opted for a whopper with "Only lettuce, only tomato, only ketchup and only lettuce. I hate fast food mayonnaise. The sandwich was slathered with it. Two people came in after me and they both received their order before me. When I did pick up my order, as I left the counter the kitchen crew errupted in jungle animal sounds (ie baboon, elephants, dogs etc). It was loud. The manager was right there and did nothing. I had a very busy morning ahead of me and was planning my next few stops when I started to feel queasy. That's when I noticed the sandwich had mayo. I had already noticed that the meat was cold. I spoke to a Mr. Darrell Hatfield (alleged regional manager) who promised he would refund my money and provide a complimentary meal when I returned. Neither of these things occured. I'm still waiting

hi toady is oct 13/09 i have been traying tocall the store on water way more than 7 times and it is alway busy for mor than 30 mints i dont think so what ever who was on the phone he was taking un order i am sure he was talking with frind i was trying to place order for 11 peopl but with this good customer service i cant do it i dont no what kind amanagment in that store i will never ever think about eating in burger king any more i called apizza store next to that location and i had my food from that people and it was very very good customer service .the phone nubmer for that location [protected] hopfully i will find some body who care about the customer in your company.thanks

Burger King bk crown card

Burger King has promos for its BK Crown card. Got one, but...tried using it at a few BK restaurants and received a whoa. Sorry, we don't accept that card. Come on, your own card, for Pete's sake-out of your own corporation. Needless to say, I destroyed it along with its loss of quite a few bucks because I got so upset over so many of its restaurants refusing to accept it. I am sure more hapless victims of the BK Crown Card are in the same boat. By the way, MacDonald's honors its' card at over 99% of its restaurants. Other corporate issued cards are good at ALL their outlets, restaurants, or whatever. BK-WAKE UP and GET WITH THE TIMES!You are losing a LOT of customers with this idiotic program.
