Hi Pat Brandsmart customer service department to come to my home on several different occasions due to the fact my washer is it putting out enough water dish service technician who came to my home said that he would change part still to know you advil washer still isn't working I've reached out to many top notches such as Bobby Johnson and was refused by Mr Micheal Perlman secretary Maria Ramirez to allow me to speak with Mr Perlman I then told her that after 5 time and 3 phone you are refusing me to speak to him she then put me back n Que to get operator again in which this time I was told that MR Perlman doesn't have an email I must reach out to him through customer_relation BM1 Brandsmart .con

BrandsMart USA 65" bolva tv

I just bought and very carefully setup and turned on. It has a area along the bottom that has a constitant bright white area of contrast and flares badly when touched and at random times. I've tried to adjust all settings. I've tried to let it warm up. The area only looks to be the bottom but when it has its random flares the bright areas shoots the the top mid area of the screen preventing almost all visuals from perfect view.

BrandsMart USA lg door in door refrigerator

We purchased a refrigerator from you guys with extended Warranty from you 5 years ago. When they delivered the unit it had a dent in the door and did not fit properly in the space we had. We had you guys take it back and drove over there separately and paid a $1200 difference to a new LG door in door, the unit went out and we scheduled service through you guys 3 times and the technician never called and never showed up. The first time this happened I called you guys and you said you didn't even have an extended warranty claim filed even though I had the name of the company coming and the date and time written on a sheet of paper. In a separate incident, I ended up repairing a washing machine out of my own pocket because the same exact thing happened. An LG washing machine. I don't understand if your extended warranty is just a scam or what but I am beginning to feel that way. I would appreciate a call back. Nobody ever called asking how the repair went or if they even showed up. My name is Lee K Partiss or my wife's name is Tamera Partiss. I Purchased a Refrigerator that was a special order. At no time It was disclosed that it could not be returned, the unit didn’t fit in the space and I wanted to return it. I wasted two hours choosing the new unit which was over the original price I paid, I purchased the new set and the deal was made. Two hours later they called me and told me that I had to pay 20% restocking. After calling the store numerous times to speak to the GM and getting hung up on. Finally I was able to reach Ed Arnowitz the GM of the Miami store. He was extremely rude and didn’t want to hear me out. He mentioned his decision had been made and there was nothing he was going to do, then said this conversation is over in a very bad manner and hung up. Terrible Customer service and extremely rude General Manager. Furthermore I had to stay with the refrigerator that doesn't fit in my kitchen.

BrandsMart USA refrigerator

Purchased new refrigerator from store. Broke 10 months later in June 2018. Store stated they will replace item in 4-6 weeks. After 6 weeks from not hearing from the store I called several times to confirm. Contacted the manager who did not answer nor return my calls. Manager Jean Monde avoided me. Went to store spoke with representative who stated there is no report/history of order purchased with no delivery date. Placed new order in August for same refrigerator - Special order (4-6 weeks for delivery). On September 10 called Manager Monde who was extremely rude, disrespectful, unprofessional who stated did not recall our previous conversation/agreement stating there was no history in the system. After remaining on hold for over 1 hour finally Manager stated he will send me refrigerator previously ordered in 3 days. On September 13 a different model refrigerator was delivered. I returned the refrigerator the same day since I was unaware that the unit has been changed without my authorization or agreement. I called the store and asked to speak with rep/Manager. However, I was placed on hold and was never attended. On September 25 I went to store spoke with rep (in Spanish) who was unable to assist and requested to speak with the Manager. The rep proceeded to get the Manager who discussed my case in English unaware that I myself speak English. Manager was discussing with the rep clearly and openly in English how this is not his problem, how he is irritated, fed up with the issue of the refrigerator and was not going to continue to deal with me. The rep referred me to Customer Service. Spoke with Customer Service who stated they were unable to assist, but was going to contact Jean Monde once again for further assistance. Jean Monde never came. Customer Service called another Manager who agreed to pick-up my broken refrigerator on Thursday (9/27/18) to process my refund/store credit which would take an additional several weeks. I have yet to hear from the store to confirm pick-up.

BrandsMart USA myprotectionplan360

That's the name of the company that provide insurance for Brandsmart purchased appliances, at least in Miami
Purchased a refrigerator, purchase 5 years warranty. Under the factory warranty a tech from Flamingo Appliances Services, servicing Whirpool equipment came twice to fix the refrigerator. A year after it has problems again and its impossible to file a claim with Myprotectionplan360. they said sent a ticket to the same company (Flamingo) but Flamingo said has never received a ticket to send a tech. This is so outrageous that I have started advising people not to buy at Brandmart. I have already gave up with them however will never set foot again on any of their stores.
Go buy at Best Buy, Walmart, Sears, Kmart or whatever, chances are you will have a better luck if securing an appliance

BrandsMart USA over the range ge microwave

I called [protected] after my GE microwave broke 2 weeks ago, they gave me ticket # 4908537 and I have already called 3 times but nobody has called me yet to replace the microwave. I purchased it on 02/12/2017 with a 2 year warranty.
How long do I have to wait to get the microwave fixed or replaced?

BrandsMart USA furniture

En marzo de este mismo año, es decir hace exactamente 4 meses y en mala hora, compré mi juego de sala en la tienda ubicada en 16051 s dixie hwy, miami, fl 33157, desde entonces empezo nuestra odisea, dichos muebles en menos de un mes se rompieron, (unos muebles que según ellos, los de la tienda,) eran de muy buena calidad y totalmente de metal en su interior"total y rotunda mentira" los muebles estan hechos de madera y mala, ya estan rendidos, y aclaro que apenas estamos en la casa, su uso es bastante poco y ya parecen muebles viejos, cansados de dirigirnos a brandsmart lo único que hemos recibido es excusas y peloteo, son unos falta de respeto con los consumidores, no tienen ética, y se han burlado de nosotros en nuestra cara.. Aclaro que pagué una garantía por 5 años... Si fuera el único lugar del mundo donde vendieran muebles preferiría sentarme en el piso... Sigo esperando que se dignen en resolver el problema! Le doy una estrella porque no deja no poner nada pero estrella no tienen ninguna

In march of this year, that is exactly 4 months ago and in bad time, I bought my living room set at the store located at 16051 s dixie hwy, miami, fl 33157, since then our odyssey started, said furniture in less than a month broke, (some furniture that according to them, those of the store,) were of very good quality and totally metal inside "total and rotunda lie" the furniture is made of wood and bad, they are already yielded, and I clarify that we are hardly in the house, its use is very little and they already look like old furniture, tired of going to brandsmart, the only thing we have received is excuses and rackets, they are disrespectful to consumers, they have no ethics, and they have mocked of us in our face.. I clarify that I paid a guarantee for 5 years... If it were the only place in the world where they would sell furniture I would prefer to sit on the floor... I still hope that they deign to solve the problem!

BrandsMart USA customer service

On June 5, 2018, I went to the Brandsmart Store located at 751 Executive Center Dr, West Palm Beach, FL 33401 with my family looking for a Bluetooth speaker. After looking at a several speakers I found the specific item I was looking for. I saw a J50 Portable Bluetooth Speaker with LED lights, marked at $69.88.
I proceeded to check out, but I was notified the item was marked at $99.88. I walked over the specific place where I got the speaker from and compared the price tag versus the item and confirmed the price tag was in fact for the J50 Portable Bluetooth Speaker with LED lights. In order to make it easier at check out, I took the price tag and the actual item (Speaker) with me. I also took several photographs of the item and the price tag to avoid any confusion.
Upon attempting to check out the employee very kindly and politely indicated the item was marked at $99.88, but she spoke with the Cashier's manager and asked him to help her honor the price on the price tag. The manager, a tall, bald, black male, immediately looked at the price tag and the speaker. After confirming the price, he asked me where did I get the speaker from? I pointed out the area where I retrieved the speaker from. The manager told the employees to check the area to verify if "what I was saying was the truth".
Of course, at this time I expressed my frustration since I had provided the price tag confirming the price with a description of the same item and said I no longer wanted the item, while I was also placing another item I was buying on top of the speaker box. As the item I put on top of the speaker box bounced off the box a few inches, the manager accused me of throwing the item (a small box, containing an iPhone charger (at the cashier). It must be noted the box where I put the small charger box, was approximately 5 feet away from the cashier and did not even near hit anyone.

As the manager raised his voice at me all of the customer standing in line and inside the store started looking at me and of course that made me feel uncomfortable. The manager continued screaming as loud as he could and I defended myself by screaming back at him. I only said "I never threw any item at you or the cashier or him". The manager continued his aggressive behavior and I told him to "keep the item" as I was walking out of the store. The manager attempted to stop me, while walking next to me and telling me "he did not want to see me back in his store".

I told him at that point I just wanted to leave the store and needed his name so I could report his violent, racist and aggressive behavior. He continued walking next to me, holding his radio and asking me for my name to ensure I would not return to the store. He refused to provide me with his name.
I told him I did not want to buy from that store ever again and he asked me if I was trying to intimidate him. He then verbally instructed me to stay in the store until the police arrive, I told him I did not violate any laws and he could not held me against my will. He then continued screaming while standing in front of me.

This manager is approximately 6'3" tall and he made me feel intimidated and scared at that time. He finally let me leave and I was walking out he told me not to return to his store. I told him he was "pathetic", he asked me: "What did you say"?, while storming out of the store with his fists clenched. At that point I was extremely scared and I stood in front of a surveillance camera so the incident was captured by the surveillance cameras while he was punching me, if that would have been the case. He then told me that if wanted I could come back at 8:00 PM since he would be off duty and we could fix the problem in the parking lot.

I know Brandsmart USA prides in hiring qualified individuals with excellent customer service skills. I am sure this is not an isolated incident with that "Manager" and I am sure you will handle this complaint in a professional manner.

BrandsMart USA dishwasher

Problem with KitchenAid dishwasher purchase roughly three years ago with warranty and extended 5 year warranty How on Earth does this company have an A+ rating? I've been back and forth with this company for my refrigerator until they finally bought me a new one but still, one of the repairmen left my freezer open and damaged my floor and they wouldn't fix it. Now I've been having problems with my dishwasher since nov 2017. they've been out here more than six times to fix it and it's still broken never call me back half the time repairman that does not show up or call my floor has water damage, never called me back on it and my dishwasher still doesn't work. I keep taking days off for work and today serviceman again no call finally BrandsMart call me after I call them and he's a no-show.

BrandsMart USA washer/dryer unit

Delivery man broke a part that connects all the electrical wires but told us that the problem was our electrical line & we needed higher voltage than what we had — we had an electrician come in & he said there was nothing wrong with the line for the machine but that the man broke the part we needed for the machine to run — on 1/2/18 another man came in & said we needed removal of the unit & installation of another unit — however kitchen tiles were broken into pieces at that time in addition to all the problems we have encountered so far — we were told the vent sold to us with the purchase was not the right one for the installation so I went to lowe's & home depot to purchase whatever vents they had hoping one of them would be right — I have lost time from my work being on the phone for so many hours either on hold, being hung up on and having to call back again — I have spoken with 7 different people so far (I ask for names) — the unit is being delivered tomorrow morning & I hope we never have another problem — we took out an extended warranty — I purchased all of the kitchen equipment from brandsmart & the installation & everything from beginning to end was wonderful — however with the washer/dryer unit everything has been a disaster from beginning to end

I'm not usually too picky about the quality of writing, as it should diminish the level of complaint. This complaint, however, is atrocious. No periods. No capitalization. No complete sentence structure makes the complaint difficult to decipher.

BrandsMart USA unethical behavior

We purchased a 4 appliance LG package on Auguest 9, 2016, at Brandsmart in Deerfield Beach. Although we had arranged well advance for an agreed delivery date, and were assured by the sales person that all the appliances were ready for delivery, one of the items was not delivered with the package. When it finally was delivered the date for the submission of product information had already passed. We were assured by the sales person that we would still receive the 400 rebate as it was Brandsmart's failure which caused us to be late in submitting the required product information.

All this time has passed and we have not received the 400 rebate. I have spoken with the manager and called repeatedly. This is shameful and must be made right!

BrandsMart USA harassment

My daughter work at brand smart the south store and is being harassed by a co- worker that's there I've called numerous times to speak to someone but my calls went unanswered and then they began to hang up in my face. My daughter also spoke to someone about it and nothing is being done. So this is my last try to get some form of help. If this don't help I'm going to the media and the police as well as the civil Rights commission. sincerely a concerned parent.

BrandsMart USA lg stove

I purchase LG stove from BrandsMart on 441 August 31st 2017 upon Delivery 2 weeks later the stove did not work properly has not work properly since I've on the stove there have been several attempts to come out to the repair the stove all resulted and the stove not being fixed I was treated horribly by the service department when I call to complaint I also operate is very rude to me I've been buying Patterson BrandsMart since you first open the door of the Palmetto I'm terribly disappointed in the service and treatment I got in from the store I would never purchase anything from BrandsMart again and ask for anyone will listen to my I will let everyone know the horrible service and treatment I've gotten from this company shame on you [protected]

Purchase this fridge last week my deliver day was Tuesday 14th of November. The fridge came beat up the 2 doors could not close the ice maker bend. I refused to take it I make so many call they giving me the run around and that I can't get it until friday. I'm a diabetic person my insulin and other medicine need to be in the fridge. I put out the old fridge the day of the deliver so now I don't have a fridge. If I dont get my fridge I'm going today to sears somewhere to get a fridge today and canclle brandmart order

BrandsMart USA service on a commercial warrantied dryer.

We have been waiting since August for dryer repair on Invoice # [protected]

Repairman came 11/1/17- it needs 3 parts.
No one can tell me when the dryer will be fixed.
Ridiculous to have a commercial warranty and be without a dryer for 8-10 weeks.

Help! either fix it or relplace it.

BrandsMart USA whirlpool dishwasher service repair

My problem is the repair service. On July 9, 2017 the dishwasher we bought from Brandsmart about 6 months ago stopped draining all the water out of it and was leaking onto the floor. My husband called Brandsmart to find out about repairing it. He was told someone would be out on July 23, 2017 to look at it. The serviceman showed up on the 23rd, looked at the dishwasher and determined that it needed a part. He told us he would be back in 2 to 5 days with the new part and finish the job. We never heard from him. Five days went by so we called Brandsmart again and they told us that the part had to be ordered and it would be 5 to seven business days for it to come in. Five days later I get a call from a lady telling me that the part had just been ordered that day and that it would again be 5 to 7 business days (that's 10 to 14 days for a part that should have been on the serviceman's truck). I finally get a call around the 1st of August and was told the serviceman would be here on August 11, 2017 to fix the dishwasher. Today is August 11, 2017, more than a month has gone by for them to fix the dishwasher. The serviceman showed up today and repaired the problem and my dishwasher is now working. He also left a big mess for me to clean up after he left. There was water all over the kitchen floor as well as dirty footprints from his boots. That was the last straw for me. We were very patient in having to wait over a month to have repairs made which is pathetic in itself but for the repairman not to even clean up after himself or even offer to clean up is unbelievable! Brandsmart has the worst service I have ever seen. The man was not even pleasant and acted like he hated his job. When he finished the repair he just packed up his gear and got in his truck and left me with the mess. So wrong in so many ways! We have purchased a lot of things from Brandsmart but I have to say that I will be looking elsewhere from now on.

BrandsMart USA inferior product

On 6/21/2014 I purchased a mayta mvwx700xl-lun from brandsmart usa
For $549.88 and with a commercial 3 year warranty $179.88. washer worked just fine until dec. 2016 when it started shaking. call for service and they replaced the drum. on 4/25/2017 called for service because it would not move to the next cycle. they came on 5/27/2017 replaced the circuit board, and on 6/1/2017. called again for the same problem, the said that they would send someone out on 6/9/2017. no one showed up, on 6/13/2017 called again and they said that they had no record of any call. now they are going to send someone out until 6/23/2017. this is a business, and we need the washer for all of our delicate wash. if and when I have to replace this washer I definitely will not choose a matag. worst service experience ever.

Did Brandsmart resolve your issue to your satisfaction? When they came to fix my washer an unethical dishonest repair technician was in my home and he decided the best way to fix a leaky washer was to put a whole roll of paper towels and cloth towels in the bottom of my washer which over time caused the bottom to rust out. I went through the process with the warranty company Warrantech who subsequently denied my claim without even sending someone to my home. I encourage you to help me expose the fraudulent activities of their warranty company and their service technicians and the senior leaders of brandsmart who are aware of these issues but do nothing to correct or satisfy the customer. There is a fast and simple way to let the Florida State Attorney General's office investigate your concerns. If enough of us file complaints perhaps we will get justice or at the very least force brandsmart to operate in a more ethical manner. BrandsMart USA whirlpool refrigerator model wrf560seym04 serial number vs [protected]

I got the refrigerator on the store located 821 natura bvld deerfield beach fl on april 26, 2016

On december 26, the refrigerator stopped to work. On december 27, I called the warranty service [protected]. I had to wait from f december 27, 2016 to january 04, 2017.

Today, they just called me telling that they were not able to keep my appointment and next day available for the appointment is january 10.

The company (Technical provider that suppose to come to my apto is taveras appliances [protected] or [protected] never fixed my refrigerator.

Hi David:
I am so sorry that I am late to answer your question.
Afterwords, they came. But not sooner. They kept me waiting for three weeks with no refrigerator. It was over the Christmas Holidays. I had kids and guest all the time. I was luck that my neighbors and the club house people where i live helped me out by let me keep my groceries at their refrigerators.
First technician was very unprofessional. He just look at for less then five minute and told me about order a parts.
After three weeks, a new technician(Thanks God, it was not the same), was very much better. He figured the problems. Also, he could put the fridge to work while the piece was been ordered. The freezer fan had stooped to circulated air. So, it had frozen and shot down the machine. With hair dryer, the technician defrosted the ice, so the fan started to work. Bingo! Fridge started to cool down quickly and a perfect temperature to keep m groceries until the piece could be deliver. Eight days later, the refrigerator was completely fixed. My point here is that the first technician could had done this simple procedures, I had not be without fridge for almost a month. I agree with you that Brandsmart has a very low level professional to work on these warranty contract. I mentioned to cancel it and I will do it.
As soon my warranty expires it will be very soon, I will get it direct from the manufacture which is whirlpool. I already made estimates about how much it will cost me. It is affordable, and I believe Whirlpool may have a better professional to take care our problems better than Brandsmart did .
It is so bad for them to treat customers like that. Due the level of upset and disappointment to be treat this way when you need a service that you paid for and expect to have it, I almost quite to go even to their stores. Slowly, I had gone to their store, but definitely, I will not a make a big purchase as I did. Instead, I have checking prices around others stores. Also, I keep telling to everyone not to buy their warranty. They are unable to deliver the service that they sale.
If you need my help to help the attorneys to work in your case and mine, I definitely will help you out. I felt the same way. They sale these warranty in a fraudulent and unethical and unprofessional way to server the customers.
My refrigerator is not fixed properly. It now like water from the freezer.. I think ice melted. But i did not have a courage to deal with them, again.
I also called to an attorney that I got his number on-line. Not sure, I still have all the information to help you out, but I take time to look over my notes.
I cried for weeks to be unable to take this problem properly. I had no one to help me out. My best friend had been upset with me for others reason. I did not bother him at all for help. I had no choice than wait for their time which was not right for me.

I am curious to know if Brandsmart fixed your problem to your satisfaction? When they came to fix my washer an unethical dishonest repair technician was in my home and he decided the best way to fix a leaky washer was to put a whole role of paper towels and cloth towels in the bottom of my washer which over time caused the bottom to rust out. I went through the process with the warranty company Warrantech who subsequently denied my claim without even sending someone to my home. I encourage you to help me expose the fraudulent activities of their warranty company and their service technicians and the senior leaders of brandsmart who are aware of these issues but do nothing to correct or satisfy the customer. There is a fast and simple way to let the Florida State Attorney General's office investigate your concerns. If enough of us file complaints perhaps we will get justice or at the very least force brandsmart to operate in a more ethical manner. BrandsMart USA extended warranty service

My repair order #[protected], claim date 12/19/2016. The extended warranty is not provided by barndsmart usa directly but rather by some insurance company that assigns the repair order to a local service company where we are at their mercy for getting the repairs done on time. The service company did not comply on the scheduled date of 12/26/2016 and rescheduled for 12/28/2016 when it was canceled again without notice by the insurance company and referred the repair order back to brandsmart usa where their is no track record of your original repair claim and have now rescheduled the repair for 01/06/2017. After 12 days of waiting, it is rescheduled again for a total of 18 days waiting without the use of the washer/dryer. This lack of consideration cost working people to stay home. Let's hope they comply don't reschedule again?

When they came to fix my washer an unethical dishonest repair technician was in my home and he decided the best way to fix a leaky washer was to put a whole role of paper towels and cloth towels in the bottom of my washer which over time caused the bottom to rust out. I feel your pain. My dishwasher has been broke for 5 month. 10 appointments later and still no one has fixed my dishwasher. I purchased the 5 year
warranty which means nothing. I have called 15 times and no one cares. The repair man that came out 3 times out of the 10 appointments is VERY
Rude. I had an appointment for today March 30, 2017 and no one has called or no one has come out. Please save your self time, money and your health do not buy from BrandsMart.

BrandsMart USA revamp customer service asap

Horrible Customer service. On 10/26, I first spoke to a sales agent named Daisy. She gave me two prices for a dryer, one if I was to buy a warranty and the second if I decide not to buy the extended warranty. I decided not to buy the extended warranty and go with the price she quoted at $300. When I went to pay they stated that it will be $325 and they wouldn't go any lower. After speaking to a manager they honored the price of $300. When I brought the trailer home the dryer service, I first spoke to a sales agent named Daisy. She gave me two prices for a dryer one if I was to buy a warranty II if I decide not to buy the extended warranty. I decided not to buy the extended warranty and go with the price she quoted at $300. When I went to pay they stated that it will be 3:25 and they wouldn't go any lower. After speaking to a manager they did reduce the price to 300.

When I brought brought it home the dryer would turn on and heat up but will not spin, we contacted customer service who sent out a technician 11/1 stating that would be the easiest day available. They stated that the technician will call the day prior to schedule a time however they did not call the day before, instead they called same day stating that they will be there between 9 and 1:00 p.m. (nice window). At least guy showed around 10 ish, he stated that the belt was on the drum however was not connected to the motor. He stated he fixed it however as soon as you put a load of laundry in the dryer and made a horrible crashing sound, as if the drum was hitting the sides of the dryer. We called customer service back, who stated that the technician will attempt to come out the same day to try to fix it however he did not show up later that day. Again we called customer service they said the next available day will be November 3rd, again they stated that someone will call the day prior to set up an appointment. Again of course nobody called and nobody showed up to our house to try to fix the dryer. We ended up returning it that Saturday and purchase a brand new dryer from Lowe's which had AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HONORED THEIR 110 CUSTOMER SATISFACTION POLICY and delivered AND installed the new dryer free of charge.

On November 7th we received a voicemail stating that the technician will be out to fix the returned dryer. I called multiple times to try to inform them that we no longer have the dryer however nobody seemed to listen or care about the concern. I asked to speak to multiple managers however apparently nobody was available and I was told that somebody would call me back but nobody ever did.

I will never deal with BrandsMart again, they have horrible customer service and does not stand by their product.

I would like to thanks Lowes for being awesome! Their customer service team listened and helped us tremendously. I spoke to "Nick" from the main 800-number and the whole service team at the Davie, FL location was flawless, from being greeted at the door, appliance sales team, check-out process, delivery and set up.
