I made a complaint about the freezer not working on the 1st of July. They came on a service call and said that they needed to order a part for the freezer. Two weeks later they came back and replaced the parts and said that the freezer was fixed. I called them back the same day and informed them that the freezer still wasn't working. I asked to speak with a service manager, they told me that one wasn't available. They scheduled another service tech to come back out four days later and he said that the freezer needed a compressor. Four weeks has past by and my freezer still is not working. I called them back and they were not letting me know when they were coming back out again. All of my food has been ruined. BrandsMart USA - rude employee
Employee Peter Witton was an extremely RUDE employee, he was so disrespectful to me when I told him I didn't need his help, but he knew what I needed and told me what it was, but even though he told me what I needed I couln't find the product, so he went there and litterally THREW it right in front of me I asked him if he was mad and he said yes because I had said that I didn't need his help but he knew I did need help and then he told me to get my things and GET OUT. His manager quickly came and said he was going to take care of it, but the employee didn't even come back to apologize! After the employee told me to get my things and leave he never came back.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
