Boost Mobilecustomer service

In the beginning of December 2016 I asked to change my payment date from the 7th to the 23rd of each month. I was told it was all set and my payments would be taken out on the 23rd of each month starting in January 2017. This didn't happen in January so I called and was told it would probably start in February. I just received a text indicating my payment would be taken out of my account February 7th. I called today and was told Boost had no way of changing my payment date. The information previously given to me by two different individuals was wrong. All I have to say is this is a bunch of crap ! Boost has wasted my time and energy ! This is Not Good Customer Service !!! Tell me why I should stay with a company whose employees don't know what the heck they are doing...
