Blue Hippo / Terrible customer service!
I first ordered my computer from blue hippo in November 2007, sent back the paperwork with the voided check. in February of 2008 I paid the remaining balance. It is now March 20, 2008 and I still have not received my computer. They told me last Monday that It should be at my house in 7-10 business days, tomorrow is the tenth business day and when I called, the foreigner told me it has not been shipped yet. They were quick to take the 1800 dollars out of my account but they are taking their sweet ### time shipping my stuff to me. I have been waiting now for a month, every time I call they tell me the same thing and have even hung up on me a couple of times. Every time I ask for management or a corporate phone number they tell me they don't have one and the management team does not speak directly to customers. what kind of ### is that? If anyone is researching this company, THEY ARE ### AND BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY EVER.
