Placing another order
Just placed another order from them- actually I just called them and I wanted to know what was the best printer for photographs. The spent a lot of time with me and explained the differences between the inks. They did NOT rush off the phone, in fact they told me what printer to but and where I could get the best price. I ended up buying a pro 200 and a CIS from inkproducts.com . They have a great installation video that I watched while I was on the phone with them and they answered all my questions. This is my second purchase from the. Can't wait to get my CIS and my new pro 200 in the mail. Their customer service is superb.
Disappointing Experience with CISS System and Customer Service from Inkproducts.com
I bought a CISS SYSTEM from inkproducts.com back in 2018 for my new printer. Unfortunately, the system never seemed to work right. I'm no stranger to working with CISS systems, but this one just wouldn't cooperate. I reached out to the folks at inkproducts.com for help, but they didn't seem interested in resolving my issue. It was like they just took my money and ran. I wouldn't recommend buying from them.
To make matters worse, the ink they sell isn't very good either. I tried replacing the chip and the cartridge on my own dime, but it didn't make a difference. And still, inkproducts.com didn't do anything to help me out. It's a shame, really. I was hoping for a better experience.

Great recommendations
Just purchased a TR8622a based on inkproducts.com recommendations and I have to admit that it is a great printer. I also purchased a CIS (continuous ink system) from Inkproducts.com and it work like a charm. it was shipped to be extremely quick and installation was a breeze. It came with full color picture instructions and they even have an installation video to follow. I am very satisfied with their service. I told my brother and he just bought the same thing I did as well.
Great Service
I have tried other after market ink sites. And they never answer any questions they just want to sell something to you. I found out about inkproducts.com they were very helpful with my questions. My hp printer was not working, the tech support at inkproducts told me to try a couple of things and got me up and running again. So I purchased one of there ink kits and it was simple to refill and had great printing quality. And the coast was very economical. I will never buy over priced ink again. Very happy with there service.
