SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / Bad Service/Refund process

I had ordered some items from the store. What was pictured was not what I received. I called for a return authorization and shipped back at my expense. I waited two months for my refund before I started calling. I could never reach them on the phone. The line would just ring and ring and ring until it was terminated. When I did finally reach someone she said that she was sorry and that some how my transaction was missed during the refunds. She said it would be three business days which I waited. I then waited an additional week. Finally I contacted my bank and filed a dispute. The refunded my money. Two months later (four total) they finally refunded my order minus what I paid for shipping and handling and then called my bank and had them reverse the charges. Totally crappy place. You won't be able to reach them. Don't even bother. Total rip off.!!!
