Bharti Airtel / faulty sim cards

For the past six months I have had to replace three faulty sim cards. Each time airtel charged rs. 25 for it. The last one died right the moment bit was activated. After a long email conversation with airtel customer care, they have the audacity to ask me to buy another sim card. Instead of taking responsibility for it's terrible sim card quality, airtel keeps charging it's customers for replacing a sim cards that died within weeks or months. Airtel should replace faulty sim cards free of cost, and if they don't do that, i'm done with airtel. Jio never sounded better.
