Reliable, fashionable and trustable
It's a good website to shop online, especially during the sale season. I love shopping, but I hate waiting near the trial rooms for my chance, or finding the best clothing items, that are either not on sale, or not in your size. I'm pretty sure you've experienced this at least once when you went shopping during the sales. Online shopping, has not only made it convenient, but you also usually get good offers, that encourages you to quit visiting the mall. Of course, you'll save time and a lot of energy to be honest. That is why I recommend BelleLily during the sale time.

When I saw this dress described as a sweatshirt dress, I was concerned that maybe it would be a little bit too warm to wear. However, it is a nice balance in terms of weight. It does have a little bit of that sweatshirt lining, but it is also quite thin. It has the traditional V stitch at the neck, as well as thick banded hems at the wrist and bottom of the dress.
I'm five foot three, and on me the dress came to my knees. I plan on wearing it this winter with leggings, it is very comfortable. The fit is similar to a sheath dress. It has a good deal of stretch to the material. I typically wear a size large, but I was able to wear a medium. However, sizing down does lead to a tighter, more figure-hugging dress.

Pleased so far. Good prices, fast and easy communication with seller when I asked questions. I noticed there were more pictures, especially since it is returnable. I also seen there were measurements given on a size chart, since all manufacturers vary in their sizing. I am excited I found my wedding dress and even more excited that I do not have to wait 3-4weeks for it to arrive!

Thankfully I did my research before ordering and realized I would get a wearable dress from them, and it would likely arrive in time. I do want a quality dress that matches my vision for my wedding day. I found Bellelily, favorited a bunch of dresses, emailed the top contenders to my mom, and ordered my dress all in the same day! Thank you for making this so easy.
This dress is amazing and quite well-made
This dress is amazing and quite well-made, especially for the amazing price! It fits my petite hourglass figure nicely without being too tight, so it is very classy. I am wearing it with 4-inch heels and the length is about 1 to 1.5 inches off. The skirt length on the size small is just shy of 41" from the bottom of the ribbon waistband (which is a heavy, stretchy satin ribbon with a subtle sheen). The sleeve length. Another plus is that it folds down to practically nothing and shows no wrinkles, so it is perfect for travel. It is also extremely comfortable, so you can look classy without feeling restricted. The only thing that would make this dress even more perfect is to use the neckline lace on the cuffs as well. That would really tie it together, plus make for a nicer, more interesting finish on the arms. However, I certainly would not deduct points for this
Fraud
I ordered a top 2 months ago and still nothing but they did email me once saying that it was on it'd way and if I don't receive it in 60 day's let them know. In the meantime I've been receiving email after email apparently from Canada post on the delivery status. I went into post office today and they confirmed that it was a fraud. Adding Canada post does not send out emails? The man pointed it out to me that the email sent is different from the way it looks. I'm pissed off cuz now I call to cancel my credit card and the man reads me out about 10 different transaction from Hong Kong to Alberta to Ontario. I had no idea until I asked him my availability on my card. He says u have 2 $ to spend. I put money on the card every few days plus some. I'm blown away and just got another email from Canada post at 2 am in the morning. I'm going to dig deep and find the 1 and only email that I got from Belleville I will post it on here. I live in Victoria bc canada. I do recall some of the email and it said it was coming from China and it takes a while for it to clear then the next day or two later I started getting the emails from Canada post but not real.
You people need to read fine print
I see some people sooo angry that they haven't received their orders... I can't say much yet from my own experience because I only just ordered. BUT if you read the FINE PRINT on shipment information IT SAYS that for the free shipping they DO NOT provide shipping information tracking numbers ect. And that If you choose the free shipping option that it will take 15-35 days to ship. Now remember it is a site that is booming on Facebook ads that millions of people see... they probably get 100's of orders per day, if I were to buy and only choose free shipping I would expect to take the maximum time it takes to ship, and remember guys it ain't 35 days in a row, mail only works on week days, 35 business days... don't count the weekends... your looking at almost 2-2.5 months possibly to receive your shipments considering it's coming from China lol... now if you paid for standard shipping it's 10-15 business days so I expect to get my order within two weeks to a months time... I'll update with another review once I start receiving my orders, I ordered on a Saturday. So I probably won't have it shipped out till Monday or Tuesday or Wednesday I hope... people gotta read fine prints when doing online shopping lol gees if you don't like the wait then go to a store and buy right away... patience is a virtue :)

I bought 10 items from them that I received the end of February 2024. Out of those items only 2 fit and I need to return the other 8 items. I reached out for a return mailing address and was asked for more information on what didn't work. I told them what was going on and they offered for me to keep the items and they would credit me back 10% of the purchase. I said NO, my order was 120.00, 12.00 back is not acceptable and I don't want to keep items that don't fit. Since then I have not heard back and I have sent multiple emails. It has been almost 2 months with no resolution.

Disappointing Experience - Missing Item and Poor Customer Service from Bellelily
I was really excited to order from Bellelily and couldn't wait to receive my package which contained 2 tops, a pair of earrings and a bracelet. However, my excitement turned into frustration when I received my package after a month and discovered that the bracelet wasn't included.
I searched my mailbox thinking that perhaps the bracelet was sent separately, but it wasn't. I couldn't find their phone number to call them, so I had to send them an email. It took them three days to respond, which I found really annoying.
Furthermore, when they finally responded to my email, they claimed that they sent all three items. But, I had a picture of what I received, which clearly showed that the bracelet wasn't included. It was a really exhausting process having to email back and forth, especially when I'm moving up north this week.
Although the tops fit and I liked them, I won't be ordering from Bellelily again. The customer service experience was really frustrating, and my order took way too long to arrive. It's a shame because I had high hopes for this company.
Bellelily Review: Disappointing Purchase, Inaccurate Description, and Nonexistent Customer Service
I wanted to purchase the Plaid Pocket Button Turn-down Collar Coat in red color on Bellelily (bellelily.com) website. I really liked the design, but unfortunately, I ended up getting something else. Instead of getting coats, I was sent flannel material shirts. The worst part is that only the vests were lined with very thin fleece, so the wind blows straight through the sleeves. It doesn't protect you from the wind much better. Moreover, the hand pockets are shallow, and decorative chest pockets have no actual pockets.
I was so disappointed that I wanted to leave a review on their website, but it wasn't allowed, even though I already had an account with them. It seems like the reviews on the website aren't real customers' experiences. Shipping was as expected, but the email I got from them regarding delays due to the "aggravation of the current epidemic" seemed fishy to me. We're all aware that the PANdemic is over, and flights are running as per usual. So, I tracked the package and found out that it hadn't even left their warehouse! I can't believe I was lied to and received the wrong items.
It's annoying to realize that they sent me shirts instead of coats. With the reviews I've read on their website, I don't think I can easily get my refund back. Overall, it's just bad business and a waste of my time and money. My advice is to spend a little bit more money elsewhere and get something that you can actually use. Don't trust these websites with too good to be true deals because they might just end up being a complete scam.

Hey, I just wanna share my experience shopping at Bellelily. So I ordered like four items, right? Cause I was excited about getting some new clothes for the summer. So, I refused to do that. Then, they told me that out of all the items I bought, only one was "suitable" for a return. What does that even mean? And to add insult to injury, they said that I would only get 20% back on that one item. Are you kidding me?!
As if that wasn't bad enough, they suggested that I give the unwanted clothes to family and friends. Excuse me? I paid for those clothes, they're mine to return. And to make matters worse, they haven't provided me with a return address. I've sent multiple emails trying to get this sorted out, but no luck.
Let me tell you, this "customer service" and "return policy" are a joke. It's been a nightmare dealing with this company. No one should have to go through this. After a bit, I got a response from a person named Angel. Angel told me that if I wanted to exchange the clothes, it would cost me a bunch more time and cash. They did point out that the size charts were posted on the item pages before I put in my order, though. They asked if I could just give the clothes to a friend who fit in them, and offered me a discount if I bought more stuff. They said they were sorry and hoped I'd be cool with what they had to say.
So, here's the deal. Bellelily isn't always on point when it comes to shipping times. Their sizing doesn't seem spot on, either. Refunds may or may not be possible, depending on the customer service rep you talk to. Maybe they forgote to post the refund policy, but who really knows. After speaking out about my experience and leaving a review, the situation became even more frustrating. They're now demanding that I delete my review before they'll refund the remaining amount. I find this level of censorship and manipulation to be incredibly unprofessional and unethical.

I spent over $250 on clothes from this website, after reading their measurement guides and taking my own measurements. When the clothes arrived, none of them were anything like their photos, they were extremely cheap material and different colors from their photos, and they were all HUGE on me. I contacted the company immediately that day to request a return, and they then informed me that I will have to pay all the postage and it HAS to be registered mail to return, which is HUNDREDS of dollars more than the regular post. I went in to ask about it, and regular post would have cost $30 to return, but registered post would have been over $300, which is more than I paid for the clothes. I emailed them back, and was trying to request sending it by regular post (their "tracking number" for their "registered post" on delivery also never worked by the way, I had no way of seeing where the parcel was for any of the whole month it took them to deliver their products) and they were very unreasonable. They had offered me 50% refund to keep the items, but honestly they were horrible and I just wanted to return them. We continued to email back and forth for weeks which turned into months, with their and my delayed responses, when I finally threw up my hands and said fine, please just return the 50%. They again emailed me back confirming this, and I said yes, refund it, to have them turn around and say that it has been six months now and that they cant process any refunds over six months. I have literally been emailing and arguing with them since the day my parcel arrived, and at no point did they tell me there was any date this needed to be resolved by to receive said refund. I just want my money back. They have offered me a store credit, and that is the last thing I want. I don't even want the clothes I have, they're awful, I just want my money back.

I purchased a pair of boots from them which looked nothing like the product advertised. The photo they had used to advertise has been stolen from another legitimate supplier to advertise their own inferior product. Their product ( a riding boot ) is in fact not safe to use due to the sole not being smooth as advertised. They have offered me only a discount off my next purchase and not a refund despite me telling them their product is not for for purpose.

I ordered about $130 worth of clothing from the site for a vacation I had planned with my family. The items took almost four weeks to arrive, and were not delivered in time for my vacation. When I did finally receive the items, the quality was terrible. The material was shiny, polyester satin type. The clothing sizes were also all over the place. I ordered a "small" in everything (suggested by the site's size chart). But when I received the clothing, most of it was way too big and there were a few shirts that were so tight I couldn't get them over my head. The company also sent me duplicates of some of the clothing and left out a couple of the items that I actually ordered. When I tried to receive a refund, their customer service wanted me to jump through a ton of hoops...take photos of the items I don't want and give them my body measurements, etc. But still have failed to issue me a refund. They said that they don't stock their items in a warehouse and are unable to issue refunds. Horrible customer service! Returning items should never be this difficult! Don't mess with these people or you will get ripped off in the worst way!

The photos on the website are fake. The clothes are completely different and have a terrible quality.
I received a dress that was in the smaller size in a different color. In other words, not what I initially ordered. Yes, it was not very expensive, but it doesn't mean I expected this garbage instead.
The returning process is very sneaky as well, and you will pay even more than you have spent because the shipping will be at your expense.
Its terrible and only you decide whether is a great idea to deal with them.I highly recommend not to do it.
This slippers are not even close as the look at your website, its disgusting.
