I happened to purchase few clothes from them and when I received the order and tried the same nor the fit of the same was upto the mark nor the quality.

Post which I tried speaking to their customer care and to my utmost shock after my multiple texts they Neva felt like responding.

The shirt I got from French Crown was lookin' real good, ya know? But man, it was stiff as a board. I tried washin' it with gentle and cold water, but dang, it shrunk so much I couldn't even wear it no more. The sleeves were like 2 inches too short, and the whole dang shirt was way too tight on me. I couldn't even return it 'cause I already washed it, so now I gotta pass it on to goodwill. If you're thinkin' 'bout gettin' one, I'd suggest goin' for one or two sizes bigger than your regular size. I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed 'cause the shirt looked real nice, ya know?

I got my order #*** from French Crown (frenchcrown.in), but the shirt I received was all messed up. The color was all faded and dirty, and there was no design on it like they showed in the picture. I paid a whopping 6000 bucks for this, and now they're not even responding to me. They claim to have a return policy with no questions asked, but it seems like they're ignoring me on purpose. Fortunately, Paypal came to my rescue and refunded me the money I had spent. My experience with French Crown has left me with a bitter taste in my mouth, and I strongly advise others to stay far away from this company. I cannot speak to the quality of their clothing, as I never received it, but it is clear that they were more interested in keeping my money than providing me with the products I had ordered.

I recently made a purchase from French Crown, specifically a pair of jeans in size 34 with the aforementioned reference number. Unfortunately, upon receiving the jeans, I found that the size was not suitable for me. So, I decided to exchange them for a size 32 instead. However, to my disappointment, the size 32 jeans were no different from the previous pair in terms of fit. Frustrated with this situation, I requested a refund instead.

To my dismay, I was informed that once a product has been exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again. This communication took place between September and October of 2022. I had initially agreed to this policy, but now I find myself in a predicament. I have been struggling for the past four months to either exchange the product for a suitable size or receive a refund, but to no avail.

The sizing of the jeans from French Crown is incredibly inconsistent and disappointing. It seems that the sizes are not based on any scientific measurements. Apart from the decent packaging and a pen that came with the order, there is nothing else positive I can say about my experience.

Now, during the ordering process, they never mentioned anything about additional charges. They simply stated that all orders over 49 USD qualify for free shipping worldwide. But let me tell you, this statement is extremely misleading. They don't inform the buyer about these extra charges at any point.

I strongly advise you not to make the same mistake as me and avoid placing an order with this company. Trustpilot has even posted a message about the number of fake reviews for this company that have been removed, which further proves that they can't be trusted. I've already filed a claim through Paypal for a full refund because I have no confidence that communicating with the company will lead to a satisfactory solution.
