I happened to purchase few clothes from them and when I received the order and tried the same nor the fit of the same was upto the mark nor the quality.

Post which I tried speaking to their customer care and to my utmost shock after my multiple texts they Neva felt like responding.

Don't get in their Trap and waste your Valuable time & Hard earned Money !

This site used to be my go-to for shopping, but not anymore. Their customer service has become downright shameful, to say the least. They don't seem to care about their customers anymore. I recently had an issue with an order, and when I reached out to them for help, they were completely unhelpful. It's like they couldn't be bothered to even listen to my concerns. It's really disappointing because I used to love shopping here. But now, I'll definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

My order was over $400 and yet this company, they don't make it right. They're out of the US, so you can't make a return.

Ordered two shirts "express shipping". 20 days later, my order still hasn't shipped and communication with customer service ain't helping at all. I've tried reaching out to them through PayPal, but no luck. It's a real bummer 'cause their clothes look amazing.

I placed an order with French Crown on April 20th, and the expected delivery date was April 27th. However, the items did not arrive until May 10th. Unfortunately, during this time, I was away on a trip overseas.

To my disappointment, when I reached out to request a refund for the delayed delivery, I encountered difficulties. I tried to contact Mr. Illesh Ghevarriya, but instead of providing assistance, he verbally abused me over the phone. This behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

I must warn others not to waste their hard-earned money on this fraudulent company. The founders of French Crown lack professionalism and seem to have no regard for their customers. It is truly disheartening to encounter such ruthless individuals in the business world.
