DIFFERIO Warning: Don't Shop at DIFFERIO! Terrible Experience & Customer Service!

I wanted to buy clothes from DIFFERIO, but my experience with them was terrible and disappointing. They robbed me of $100 without any justifiable reason. I placed an order and the package was shipped via UPS. I waited patiently for my delivery, but it never came. I followed up with UPS and was told that I had to contact DIFFERIO as they had additional information. However, DIFFERIO was unreachable via email or telephone for weeks.

After a month of waiting, I contacted DIFFERIO and they blamed me for abandoning my package. I was shocked because UPS never tried to contact me, and I never received any notifications from them. Moreover, I had provided my correct contact information when placing my order.

It was a sheer scam as I lost my money and clothes I had ordered. Moreover, their customer service was beyond rude and unprofessional. They were not helpful, and they accused me of lying. It felt like I was robbed twice.

I would not recommend this store, and it’s better to avoid them altogether. They are untrustworthy and not customer-oriented. If you want to shop online, then I suggest you go somewhere else and do not give your money to dishonest people.
