Bealls shoes

I brought a pair of shoes for ten dollars didn't realize when I got to the front counter that they had dirt stans and some type of blue Stan's on the rim of the shoe when the employee ask the manager Tammi if she could do anything about it she just shook her head no without even looking at the shoes so I personally tried to show her the dirt and blue stans but she refuse to do so then I ask for her manager number because I was shop here so I know that she could of gave me some type of discount even if it was five percent instead of her giving me here boss number she gave me an 1 800 number I called back up to store to let her know that I wanted to talk to her boss she then stated that she was on phone with her boss trying to explain to her what happen I then told Tammi that she should of called her boss when I repeatedly ask her to while I was their she then hung up on me so I called back and she hung up again

Bealls falsely accused of shoplifting

On this day my daughter and I too my niece school shopping we were in the store for awhile trying to fit clothes for her we finally finish went the counter to pay four our purchases I checked and my baby brother left out to look at car around the corner from brookshire brothers and Bealls.we went just quick the police was there I said to my brother what's going on my daughter and Neice were still in there so immediately my mind went to someone was trying to rob the store and I was like oh my god my baby in there as we pulled up in front of the store I see my daughter and Neice I'm completely relieved I inquired as to what was going on my daughter was very heart about in tears having been falsely accused of shoplifting and the officer then walks up to my door and oh you're the one we're looking and I said what she said we just got a called about shoplifters in the store I said shoplifting I opened my door and said wait s minute went in to Bealls and the young at the counter was there and as the question who called the police and said we were shoplifting and she said I can't tell you that mam. I then responded by saying you tell whoever did it there is not one thing in this store if I wanted it I couldn't afford to pay for it and we knew there on two people in the store that day that we interacted with I do hurt and embarrassed my character was called into question my name wrote down and I will be sending this to the tv stations and obtaining an attorney. I am a minister of God an never been treated this way.

Bealls supervisor unethical behavior

Today, Sept 10, 2018, at 6:25 pm at Bealls outlet on Jog Rod, Lake Worth, Florida I noticed my bill was a bit higher than what it should have been, so I checked my receipt, and indeed, I was overcharged for a "015 moderate" handbag. When I asked, Yvanna, the cashier, she apologized and said that in spite of the ticketed price, it is scanning something else and she needed to call the supervisor.
Supervisor took a while to come when she did, she said someone held her back. Anyways, the cashier explained that the handbag is ringing $12.99 but the tag says $9.99.
She verified that it was the correct tag and after that, the supervisor says, oh it is $12.99. So that's the price ma'am!
I explained that I decided to purchase the bag because the handbag was $9.99,
The supervisor insisted that they (whoever they is) made an error and the tag is wrong so it is $12.99 to which I said, it is not my fault, you need to grant me the price that is on the tag. She insisted that it is $12.99. I kept explaining that the custom is if you make the mistake, you give the product for what it is printed on the tag and you fix the others and that I believed that was the last one.
The truth is, she was rude, not customer oriented and she told the cashier she could leave. While she gave me her back changing the price, I believe, of the handbag. The Cashier apologized again and left. I asked this female supervisor if she was the only supervisor in the store and she said, yes ma'am!
If a customer leaves displeased from a store, the manager or supervisor is not being proactive to work with her customer.
I went to the store especially to buy me a handbag, and I left without any because I felt disrespected.
She was young and still has room to learn.
If a customer is not happy, your business will slowly stay empty and she will stay without a job.
I would like a coupon to purchase any other bag of my choice with where I will be paying the same $9.99.

Bealls disrespectful behavior of the manger

Esteban the store manger, approached me and disrespectfully said "she's busy and you can f***king leave now" and pointed his hands at the door and told me to leave the store. He mumbled the word "f**king". I am a paying customer who was about to buy some water bottles and drop off my (girl/best friend) some food who is currently employed at the store. This is really poor customer service and also rude. Not only it ruins the company's name but also the company integrity to advance future and earn more business. I do not see any valid reason why this should have ever happened. Also later I found out that my Girl got yelled at and disrespected by the same manger, which is highly unprofessionalism and strict actions should be taken immediately. I understand there are certain rules, but this is unacceptable. I am a Medical student who currently performs surgeries, but professionalism is the most important role. A manger should clearly display that to the customer, but failed and acted out of his store policy guidelines. What the Manger did was highly disrespectful, this actions had hunted and offended me in many ways and especially him disrespecting (my girl/Best friend). I am a honored man and so is my (girl/best friend) should have never been treated like that. I will never go to Bealls again and discourage anyone to go there!

Bealls store

I don't know if y'all have stopped selling a lot of your juniors brands but the San Jose/ mandarin location switched there girls juniors section from the middle to the left corner of there store. The boys junior section still sits in the middle. You have lost a lot of girls from moving them idk if it was more visually appealing when it was in the front middle or that you had more brands but until that changes I won't be shopping there.

Bealls cashier payment

Mrs. Consuelo was rude when asked if my change for $1.00 could be in quarters. Now the registar was still open. But i guess because she was miserable and in such a rush she closed it. She made a face and hesitated but then in a rush again she said no no she can't beacuse the registar is closed. I asked if it is possible to still get the amount because I did asked when it was open and she said no again and proceeded to shove the recipet with the dollar towards me. Before i even touched the recipt and cash she started helping the only other customer in line. In a kind civilized manner i grabbed my dollar and reciept and said thank you and that she was inappropriate. Thanks Bealls for the experience.

Bealls return

I had my receipt for a pair of jeans with tag but the tag with the price tag was gone the cashier did not even bother to get the same pair of pants off the rack to do the exchange since I had my receipt. The pants were of low quality thats the only reason I took them back in the first place. I was really disappointed in the way the pants fit. I felt my pants should have be refunded a simple transaction. I will not be shopping at bealls anymore.

Bealls customer service and refusal to use a coupon

Refused to use my 13$ off of 13$ or more coupon because one item was a clearance item. Claimed clearance was a door buster so she did it have to honor coupon. If the store is going to run clearance as a dorebuster they should list it as door buster not clearance there is a difference. Will not be shopping at the big spring Texas beals until the workers respect coustomers and the coupons corporate sends out

Bealls staff named elizabeth

Never will I ever go back to Beals outlet on 67th ave Peoria AZ. I've been going there since they've been open. I stopped by today for some quick shopping and as I am minding my own business and birthday shopping I heard yelling very loud and I honestly didn't know what the lady was yelling then I heard screaming and it scared me so bad I thought something was going on inside the store like shop lifters or robbery I mean honestly who knows these days we live in. Then finally I turned the corner heading towards the women's clothes this lady was mopping and yelled right at me so loud it scared the crap out of me made me sick to my stomach Omgoodness I have not been yelled at like that by no one not even growing up by my parent Omgoodness she yelled and screamed so loud saying GET OFF MY WET FLOOR lol
Her name is Elizabeth bad experience and I'm upset I even went to her and apologize for walking on her wet floor but I made sure she knew not to treat customers or humans like that she ignored me

Bealls employees

I was at one of your store yesterday. Bealls Outlet 4100 N Wickham Rd [protected].
I spent 100 Dollars. I was in the dressing room trying on clothes and 2 employees came over and started cleaning up. The dressing rooms were messy I guess. The one I went in only had a couple hangers. I guess some were worse because the 2 employees, Gladys and Steven started complaining. (Mostly Gladys, Steven just agreed and laughed at her comments). Gladys complained about how messy people are and how it was probably the lady who spent 600 dollars that left such a mess, "and with all her money!" She said, "I wonder if she just throws her clothes on the floor at home?!" She said.
This went on and on and on the entire time I was in the dressing room. There was also complaining about management! Something about not having signs for the dressing room and how she, Gladys, did not have time to wait until "She" ordered them and how Gladys would just have to order them herself. Again, Steven just pretty much agreed and commented.
Gladys is a real piece of work! I'm sure now I was talked nasty about as soon as I walked away, just like the other customer was. (I'd like it noted I brought all my things out of the dressing room neatly on hangers). When I came out, as I was hanging up my clothes, I told Gladys that it was not a very good shopping experience listening to her b[censored] the entire time I was trying on clothes in the dressing room! She did not say one word! No apology, just a smirk!
Then, as I was checking out, I heard her over the radio up front, telling the employees how the store was a mess and how they needed to get it cleaned up. (All said very mean!) Please don't tell me she is a manager! All in all she ruined my experience. I am not a Happy Shopper!

I sent an email to the address on the website on Monday April 30th and a 2nd on May 4th. Neither have been addressed as of yet.

Bealls wrong order received and horrible customer service

I ordered 2 women's bra's and when i received my order on 4-28-18 it had somebody else s order inside which was small women's pajamas. Called customer service and was on hold for 20 minutes and the agent had unethical behavior, rude, no sympathy for my order that i did not receive and she did not know her job. After giving her all the information from the other customer's order after 10 more minutes of my time she said i would have to re-order my merchandise myself. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she just put me on hold again without informing me what she was doing so after 10 more minutes i hung up. Called back the second time was on hold for 40 minutes this time and immediately asked to speak to a supervisor which i was transferred to Vivianna who cancelled my merchandise order finally that i did not receive and she said i could re-order again and I asked to speak to a manager since she had unethical behavior also and no concern and sympathy that i did not receive my merchandise and she could not re-order from my original order i had to tell her everything again plus asked to expedite shipping since i was inconvenienced and did not receive my order and i had to wait another 5 days for my merchandise and she stated she could not help anymore and she also stated the first rude agent did not do anything with my call! A manager was supposed to call me back on Monday and it is now Tuesday evening and no phone call and of course Vivianna stated she would follow up to make sure a manager called me but nothing! So i spent at least 2 hours or more of my time trying to figure out information about my order and try to re-order and nobody at your business cares about ME THE CONSUMER.
I am very disappointed of how i was treated and nobody has the consideration to call me back after i spent over 2 hours on the telephone getting nothing accomplished and no apologies from anyone that i never received my order and no apologies or concern to try to rectify the situation at all. My order number was [protected] and the order that i received is Confirmation BF19773010 she lives in Venice Florida and I live in FT Myers Florida the Warehouse made a big mistake.

Bealls can opener refund order [protected]

I was told by bria there would be a refund for this item. This was from an email and phone conversation. Nothing was ever completed. I went through bria and several other customer service agents. Nothing again resolved. The total of the refund is $13.51. Because of the delay and not honoring what I was told on the phone and by email agreeing on a refund I feel it necessary to pursue this. I was told they would order and resend another can opener but that also didn't happen. I ordered one myself to replace defective but still waiting on the refund. I won't order again from this store. I have bought a lot from bealls outlet and they are not at all like online. I have been lyed to several times saying there would be a refund, call back or pursued as an investigation but nothing. Please refund

Bealls unauthorized credit card charges

I just received a bill from Bealls-Comenity today, 2/6/2018. The bill is for $141.47, which includes a $25.00 late charge. This is the first bill I received for this charge. I don't even know what the bill is charged for since there is nothing to show what I bought and there is no date for the original bill. I tried calling to find out but there is no way to talk to a real person without them charging me $9.00 to talk to a real person. The only way I can contest it is by writing them a letter with all the information (which is not shown in the bill). I live in New Mexico (Ruidoso), but am on a three month vacation in Florida. I can't believe the mail is so slow that I wouldn't have received the original bill. This is the second time this has happened to me. The first time it affected my credit rating. I am so angry right now that I will never ever buy anything from Bealls again.

additional this company committed no error and most likely what you're seeing is an unpaid balance left by you at the time you closed the card. as i said, closing an account does not dismiss you from obligations of repayment. this is most likely why CS couldn't help you. pay what you owe and stop whining about it.

Whether the card is this card or any card, you can close them but closing does not make your obligation to pay the account off go away. you still owe repayment until its paid off. "forcing payments through" was not bad business practice. if you're going to use cards to make purchases then pay the associated bills instead of closing it thinking that makes your owed balance go away.

I was purchasing a car this weekend and notice I had a delinquent payment on credit report. I freaked out because I have not been late on my bills over at least 3 years. When I called Bealls the number on the back of my credit card, the ivr stated I was current. I spoke to at least 6 different people over a 2 hour time frame, not to mention two call got released on purpose. I was so pissed, all I was trying to do is see what is happening. Apparently, someone got old account info from a Bealls credit card account I closed 2009, but according to the customer service line they said they can force a payment through. So now this "closed" account has been sent to collections resulting in over 90 days past due on my credit report. When I asked how to fix the fraud, none of the customer service agents could help me. So my credit report is showing late payments on a closed account for changes I didn't make on a closed account. Bealls is losing cool pts.

Bealls customer service from a manager

I had recently went into the Bealls in Mineral Wells. I was looking for a pair of Nikes, I couldn't find the other shoe that belonged in the box. There wasn't an employee in the shoe department, so I went up to the jewellery counter, where there were 3 employee's, having a jolly time. I ask them if I could get assistance in the shoes. One of the girls, Sandralynn I believe is her name, says to me, Yes, Tracy will be with you shortly. After another 7 minute wait Tracy, who had been sitting at a desk behind the jewellery counter playing with make-up, finally came to assist me. At this time from her name tag, I realized she was a manager. From the looks of the shoe department I didn't see any time for a manager to be sitting around playing with make-up. I left the store with no purchase made. Tracy never did find the other shoe I was looking for. I did however go back in a few days later, a young lady named Shelly, was working and actually in her department and was straightening the shoes up, looked better organized and clean. I ask her if she could possibly find the other shoe to the shoes I had looked for on my previous visit. She found it right away with no problem. I had mentioned something to her about my experience, she suggested that I make a report of the incident to corporate. My experience with Tracy made me not want to come back into your store's, she was lazy and unprofessional. Shelly on the other hand was a big help to me and was actually doing something worth getting a pay check for.

Bealls employee

An employee by the name (im pretty sure) Maryann did not greet me on my way into the store, but instead gave a dirty look. She did not once smile or say hello when I came to the register to ring out. She made me feel unwelcomed and as if I was disturbing her day. I work customer service as well and even in my bad days I don't make my customers feel like they are a problem. I did not bug her for help or anything I just needed less than three items rang out. I left without saying anything, and she also let me leave without saying bye or have a nice day.

Bealls closing time.

I am complaining about this store closing early frequently. It is not rare that I am outside of the business 10+ minutes before close (8:50pm this evening) and the doors are locked. There are customers inside the building. This is not the way to run a business. Other times I have been inside of the building finishing up shopping near closing time and workers continue to tell me closing time is near in a rude manner when it is evident they will be closing soon based off of the intercom system. Residing in Destin, FL, they will learn that a majority of their clientele relies on locals. With this type of management running a business, it will not last much longer. A common factor in each of these occurrences is a lime green Kia Soul parked outside of the business.

Bealls I fell!!

I just left Bealls in Atlantic Bch Fl one of my favorite places to shop. The girls were really helpful in the store. The ground was wet by the front door. But it was not from rain. I fell and busted my knee and scraped my foot and none of the employees came to see if I was ok. But when I looked back they were both at the counter! I was literally two steps out of the door.

Bealls service

My mother and I went into the store close to closing but they didn't say anything plus we were going specifically for a pair of shoes. There were five employees but only one register open. We were waiting an employees kept rushing around but not opening the other register. Then she asks the manager and she said since they closed at 8 it was impossible to open a register again. At any rate if the store still had customers then they should not have closed any registers. As we were leaving one of the employees husbands was in the parking lot with another friend blocking my mom from leaving her spot and when asked to move was very ugly. They should not allow for employees friends to be in the parking lot like that. My mom did raise a bit of scene however she was very frustrated that the manager would not do anything. We have had several issues with this store and it continues to get worse. We would rather drive to another town to get what we need because of the customer service or rather the lack there of in this store. Thank you.

Bealls treating employees with respect in front of customers

I am concerned customer that observed this particular manager, belittling and screaming at her employees every time i go in. She had one person do wiping of shelves only to turn around and tell her she didn't do it at all and scream at another employee to do it right. These employees both put in their 2 weeks notice.
The amount of employees under this woman's supervision that bealls has lost due to horrible leadership is insane. Approximatly 16 since under her supervision.Every time I walk in there this woman is screaming at her employees in front of a store full of people. Such a bad look for bealls. Customer service is everything and that last thing I want as a customer is to walk into a toxic work environment. She is causing a hostile work environment for all of these employees. I will continue to report her and her actions and mistreating and verbal abuse. So unprofessional. I Will contact the department of labor and employment on behalf of these individuals who are being forced to work under such duress.

Bealls customer service

My wife and i were on vacation and passed through this town Ennis on the way to our destination.
So we stopped at the Bealls to get some clothes for vacation, but my wife had a question about some pants she wanted to buy so a employee called the manger after we stood around waiting..
We still waited for the manager aftehinkr they called a good 22 minutes
When she finally got to u..s my wife asked her a question but the manager
KELLY just shrugged her shoulders and told us well i can't help you i don't have the time ..
We think this VERY rude and unbecoming of a store especially the manager to act in this way..
